車用水箱及油冷管測試規範之研究

摘要


引擎能輸出功率主要就是來自汽缸內的混和氣發生膨脹所產生的力量,而伴隨的就是極多的熱量,如果無法有效降低熱量,輕者則產生氣阻或引擎爆震,嚴重者則機油失效、氣門燒毀彎曲、活塞及軸承過熱膨脹咬死。 車輛引擎能夠持續運轉而不過熱,就必須仰賴車輛上的冷卻系統,如此可見其在車輛上之重要性!而冷卻系統又以水箱或油冷系統為其心臟,但由於國內缺乏車輛冷卻系統元件之測試規範,以至於無法達到測試、製造及外銷目的。 本研究參照國內外技術規範研究其散熱效能、溫度漲縮循環、壓力漲縮循環、震動耐久等項目,並比較分析後而制定適合國內產品出廠前測試使用之產品參考測試規範、參考測試數據等。

The power output of an engine happens when the mixed gas in the cylinder expands and then generates power. Accompanying this strength, there comes a large amount of heat. If this extreme heat is not effectively reduced, problems like air lock or engine knock will occur. In an even more serious situation, the engine oil will not be working, the valve will be burning and bending, and the piston and bearing will be stuck dead from expansion. The cooling system of the vehicle is the key answer to the above-mentioned problems. It ensures that the vehicle engine operates normally without causing overheating. Water tank and oil cooling are two major components in cooling systems. However, as Taiwan doesn’t have a standard testing regulation on cooling system, we are not able to manufacture, test, and export the products. This research refers to both domestic and international technical specifications and focuses the study on comparing and analyzing the heat dissipation, thermal cycle, pressure cycle and vibration durability. The purpose of the study is to come up with a standard testing regulation or reference data for domestic production in the factory.
