平面單極饋入結合短路耦合金屬帶天線於LTE行動裝置之應用

摘要


本文提出一種平面單極饋入結合短路耦合金屬帶的內藏印刷式天線設計,天線尺寸僅需15mm 50mm,為全平面的設計結構,天線頻寬除了能夠滿足長期演進技術的操作頻段外,也適用於無線廣域網路通訊系統等的行動裝置。透過短路耦合金屬帶的結構激發共振模態在750MHz來達到低頻的雙共振模態,模態合併的阻抗頻寬能夠涵蓋LTE band 17/13/5/8 ( 704-960MHz ) 的操作頻段。為了更進一步改善高頻阻抗頻寬,在短路耦合金屬帶上連結一段開路殘段激發出一個共振模態約在2300MHz,與平面單極天線共振模態合併達到一個寬的阻抗頻寬來涵蓋LTE Band 4/2/1/40/7 ( 1710-2690MHz )的操作頻段。該天線具有良好的輻射場型與效率,而且內藏印刷式結構具有不需要額外的塑件來支撐天線,有降低成本、結構簡單、製造方便、多頻段操作等優點。

In this thesis, A internal printed antenna formed by a planar monopole Feeding combined a shorted coupling metal strip for achieving long term evolution/wireless wide area network operation in the 704 – 960 and 1710 – 2690MHz bands is presented. The proposed antenna which occupies a size of 50 × 15mm2 on the no-ground portion in the system circuit board is suitable for slim mobile phone applications. By a shorted coupling metal strip along the edge of the no-ground portion in the system circuit board excited additional resonant mode of lower band at 750MHz to achieve a dual-resonant behavior. Thus, the lower band has a wide bandwidth coving LTE 17/13/5/8 operation (704-960MHz). In order to further improve impedance matching of the upper bands, with opening stub contributes additional resonant mode at about 2300MHz very promising to achieve a wide bandwidth to cover LTE 4/2/1/40/7 operation (1710-2690MHz). The proposed antenna has good radiation pattern and efficiency. In addition, internal printed structure doesn't need additional housing to support the antenna. The proposed antenna is benefited with low cost, simple structure, easy to make, multiband operation.
