聚四氟乙烯複合薄膜改善-膜強度提升研究

摘要


本研究針對興采公司所生產的膨體四氟乙烯微孔洞膜進行薄膜強度改善工程,並使其加工程序融入於興采現行之薄膜貼合體系中。基材為具有網狀結構的膨體聚四氟乙烯微孔洞膜(e-PTFE),由於此微孔洞膜的網狀結構較鬆散,結點與結點間的纖維結構不完整,造成此微孔膜機械性質較薄弱,因此在膜上包覆改質劑,為四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯-偏氟乙烯共聚物(THV)和撥水撥油劑(TG-6501),經由該包覆材料比例的調整,將使纖維結構更為完整且緻密,形成膨體聚四氟乙烯複合薄膜,藉此複合薄膜提高機械強度。複合薄膜中之微孔提供透氣防水之性質,同時亦利用包覆材料之特性形成撥油性質。利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)方式來確認此膜的網狀結構孔洞分布狀態;拉力試驗機判定膜強度的數值;並在透氣測試中確定改質後的膜能維持透氣效果。本研究在製程中選用不同種類與比例的改質劑、撥油劑,藉由物理修飾改質e-PTFE基材。

This study is to strengthen SingtexR e-PTFE composite film and make the process to be suitable for existing production line. A polytetrafluoroethylene composite film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The polytetrafluoroethylene composite film includes a polytetrafluoroethylene film having a mesh, and a coating made of THV. The coating adheres to the mesh of the polytetrafluoroethylene film. The polytetrafluoroethylene composite film forms a plurality of pores by means of the mesh and the coating. The polytetrafluoroethylene composite film not only has excellent mechanical strength, but also maintain gas-permeable and waterproof features through the pores, and is oleophobic because of the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene and the coating. This study modified the texture of the e-PTFE composite film by using different concentrations of THV modifier, oil repellents, and mutiple processing ways.
