The paper is to manufacture the nano super-repellant film. The aluminium acetylacetonate (AACA) and boehmite or silica were employed as a base coat material to form an irregular nano surface structure. They were first dissolved in ethanol with different weight ratios of AACA and boehmite, coated on the surface of teflon and finally heat treated at 240-260℃. The purpose of heat treatment is to remove the AACA part of the film to form a nano size voids of 30-100nm (nano layer). The size of nano voids were varied with heat treatment temperature and time. After that, the nano layer was then coated with heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxy silane monomer with water for hydroxylation and then condensated at 140℃, 1h to form poly-condensation layer (water and oil repellent layer).
