隨著高齡化社會、慢性病照護居家化的普及,醫療器材產業相對其他產業受金融風暴影響程度較低、產業回復速度亦較快,加上全球新流感疫情(如:SARS、 H1N1)的升溫,我國醫療器材產業,尤其如診斷與監測、體外診斷及其他耗材(如體溫計、口罩)等廠商因而受惠。 由於體溫計是檢測生理之重要資訊,其量測所得之數據,可進一步瞭解病情;治療過程中,定時量測做為是否調整治療方法的依據之一。因此,體溫計與民眾健康息息相關,而紅外線耳溫槍由於具有檢測時間短、可迅速且正確地獲得體溫資訊,委託單位對此產品極度關切。因此,本研究針對紅外線耳溫槍產品建立相關評量準則後,進而運用模糊層級程序分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP)評選出產品專案開發之重要指標,從中獲得各評選因子之相對模糊權重,以增評選之客觀性。以資料包絡分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)建構數學模式,將投入與產出指標所求得之相對效率後,以找出最大產出或最低投入之最佳解,最後利用超效率(Super Efficiency)進行排序有助於評選出具有開發潛力的產品專案
With the coming of the aging society and the popularization of the chronic disease care, the home medical equipment industry, compared to other industries, is less affected by the financial crisis, and recovers faster. Besides, the spread of the global influenza, such as SARS and H1N1, also contributes to the domestic medical equipment industries, especially for the manufacturers of the diagnosis and monitoring devices, in vitro diagnostic devices, and other supplies like thermometers and masks. Because the thermometer is important to detect physical information and the obtained data can be used to further understand the conditions of the patients, timing measurement is regarded as one of the criteria to adjust the treatments. Therefore, the thermometer is closely related to the public health. Because the infrared ear thermometer can measure the body temperature quickly and accurately, it receives much attention and concern from the client. Hence, after establishing the evaluation criteria for the infrared ear thermometer products, the study uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, FAHP, to select the important indicators for the product project development and to obtain the selection factors relative fuzzy weight in order to increase the objectivity of selection. Then, the study uses data envelopment analysis, DEA, to construct the mathematical model. After getting the relative efficiency of input and output indicators, the study finds the best solutions for the maximum output or the minimum input. Finally, the study uses super efficiency, SE, to rank to select the product project with the best potential to develop.
