截火幕運用於防火區劃之阻熱性能研究

摘要


臺灣在建築空間中所採用的防火區劃設備,乃依據建築技術規則建築設計施工編第75條之規定,其種類包括防火門窗、撒水幕、牆壁與其他經中央主管建築機關認可具有同等以上之防火性能者。 本研究對象「截火幕」不僅有著材質輕巧、視覺穿透、無需另外設置防火門即可通過之特點,且設計規劃、安裝施作、用後評估的技術層面相較於其他防火設備更為簡單與便利,在近年歐美日先進國家亦有將其應用於防火區劃的實例出現;然國外所適用防火設備的規定並無阻熱性之限制,與臺灣現行建築技術規則建築設計施工編第79條應具1小時以上之阻熱性要求有所差異,故本研究將進行初探性的截火幕相關耐火試驗,作為瞭解其阻熱性之依據。 本試驗將以中國國家標準CNS12514 A3305「建築物構造部份之耐火試驗法」作標準,並利用小型加熱爐完成(1)單層截火幕不同材質成份、(2)雙層截火幕不同中空層間距(嵌夾空氣層)、(3)雙層截火幕設置自然排煙口(嵌夾空氣層)之三種試驗類型,以期獲得阻熱性能之基礎資料與是否符合相關規範之要求。

The systems adopted for the fire prevention division in the architecture space on Taiwan, according to the design specification in article 75 in building technology regulations installation chapter, include the fire door/window, water-spraying curtain, wall, and the likes of the above-mentioned items approved by the central authorities in charge of building. The object of this study, the "fire curtain", is characterized by not only having a light material, visual transparency, and no need of fire door installation but also having been rated as simpler and handier in the technical levels of design layout, installation, and after-use evaluation compared with other fire protection systems. In recent years, the "fire curtain" has already been applied to the fire prevention division in advanced countries such as those in Europe and America and Japan day. There is difference in the requirements for insulation performance between the above-said countries and Taiwan; those countries’ regulations applicable to fire prevention systems have no restriction on insulation performance, but the design specification in article79 in Taiwan’s current building technology regulations installation chapter stipulates the insulation performance shall last over one hour. Therefore, this study undertakes the preliminary fire curtain-related fire resistance test to serve as the basis for the understanding of its insulation performance. This test uses the "method of fire resistance test for structural parts of building" of Chinese national standard CNS12514 A 3305 as the criterion and small heating furnaces to complete the following three kinds of tests: (1) different material ingredients of single layer fire curtain ,(2) different hollow layer spacing (the inlaid air layer) of double layer fire curtain, and (3) installation of natural smoke vent (the inlaid air layer) of double layer fire curtain, with a view to acquiring basic data of insulation performance and determining if it meets the requirements stipulated by related specifications.
