摘要


成功的新產品開發能提升企業的營業額、獲利與競爭優勢,而影響新產品開發成功的績效指標為時間、成本及品質,其中加速新產品開發速度可減少開發時間、降低成本,並提升品質,因此,企業應致力於加快新產品開發之速度。在新產品開發過程中,若以一個有效的開發管理系統作為輔助,可將企業專案知識作更有效率的儲存與分享,讓開發人員得以迅速掌握工作所需知識,以輔助開發專案執行,如此,將可提升新產品開發之速度。有鑑於此,本研究提出一套新產品開發管理系統導入分析方法論,配合CPDM開發管理系統,以支援企業迅速且有效的進行系統導入,並以實際導入企業作為測試本分析方法論是否可行之依據。

A successful new product development can promote the business volume, profits and competitive adventures of a business. The achievement indices which affect the success of developments are time, cost and quality. Speeding up the rate of developing new products can reduce the time of developments, decrease the costs, and promote the qualities. Therefore, the business should devote to speeding up the rate of developing new products. In the process of developing new products, if we use an effective development management system as a assistance, we can put the knowledge of special case for business to a more effective storage and sharing, letting developmental workers master the knowledge needed during works quickly, so as to assist in implementing special case of development. Then, it can promote the rate of developing new products. For this reason, this research brings up a series of “Analysis methodology of implementing new product development management system” and cooperates CPDM development management system. It will support business proceeds system quickly and effectively, and truly leads in business as a basis of testing whether this analysis methodology works or not.
