新產品研發輔助管理系統之設計與實作

摘要


企業欲在全球競爭的環境下生存,必須推陳出新將新一代產品上市,確保產品在市場的佔有率,才得以使企業持續獲利與生存。因此,新產品的研發工作,應採取系統化之整合方式做整體性的規劃,塑造一個新產品研發支援環境,滿足跨部門功能整合與資訊管理的需求,以提供企業成長及永續經營的動力。 本研究以產品行銷、產品創新設計、研發管理、知識管理等四個構面為範圍,設計主軸採取研發專案的四項績效評估:技術能力構面、商業價值構面、流程管理構面、研發生產力構面等,利用這四項績效評估來衍伸新產品研發的管理目的與系統功能,最後根據歸納出來的管理流程與系統架構來建構系統。 系統的核心可以分成三個部分,第一個部分為透過造型技術定位法並搭配價值機會項目予以定性化,藉此清楚定義新產品定位,再利用TRIZ輔助創新設計發想並且記錄相關參考的資料,使研發單位能夠依循定位概念去展開新產品的研發。第二個為研發專案管理,此為專案運作管理與新產品BOM表管理的模組,依照專案運作模式進行新產品研發工作,可以將開發工作的里程碑、研發資料與問題處裡記錄等相關資訊關聯起來。第三個為研發專案資源再利用,透過網路將知識資訊提供知識需求者或相關部門員工,藉由企業資料庫型知識的設計,使員工具有為新產品增加價值或降低成本的能力,並有利於正確決策的形成。 將新產品開發程序結構化並融合現有相關文獻之精神,建構出能夠廣泛應用新產品研發的輔助管理系統架構。

Enterprise would like survive under the global competition. It must have new and new generation products on the market to ensure market sharing rate, that earn profits continually and living. Therefore, the development of new products should take the whole planning through systematized integration to set a supporting environment, to fulfill the demand of different departments integration and information management. Those provide the power for growing enterprise and business continuity. My research contains four aspects: product marketing, product innovation design, research & develop management, and knowledge management. The main concept comes from four efficient evaluations of development project: technology, business value, procedure management, and development productive. Through four evaluations to extend the purpose of management, and system function for new product development. Then, concluding the procedure of management and the frame of system to set up system. The core of system is divided into three parts. First is position which via the method of Style-Tech positioning and valued opportunity items. It defines the product positioning. Then by “TRIZ” method to create ideas and record the related data, so RD Department can follow the positioning concept to develop new product. Second is project management. This is the module for the management of project operating and new product’s BOM. Following the way of project operating for new product development, it can link all related information among the milestone of development, researching data, and the handling records of problems. Third is re-using the project sources. Providing information to demanded persons or related employees by internet. From the design of enterprise’s know-how data base, it can help employees have the abilities for new products added value or cost down, and make the correct strategies. By structuring the new product development procedure and combining all related data, to build up the management system for the extensive usage of new product development.
