摘要


工程變更是科技產品經常會發生且無可避免的程序,企業在面對競爭的環境下,使得工程變更的次數也愈來愈頻繁,國內產業以往只注重生產製造方面的資訊,至今體會到唯有將研發設計與生產製造作有效的整合管理,才能使產品更具有競爭力及獲利能力。 雖然透過PDM與ERP軟體系統相互有效整合後可以達到工程變更管理的效果,但是整合的成本與複雜度皆高。本研究首先將工程變更管理程序,運用流程管理工具ARIS中的eEPC詳加分析,並依型態管理及專案管理之階段以MS-Project Server建構工程變更管理資訊系統。 本系統不僅讓工程變更得以更迅速、有效率地進行,也讓有限的人力、物力資源透過電腦化的傳簽運作創造更高的應用價值,同時希望藉由企業內部各部門間的工程變更執行之知識分享,達到快速累積製程經驗、加速工程變更之時程與產品品質迅速提升之目的。

Engineering changes (EC) are often needed especially when the product life cycle time are getting shorter and shorter, complexity of products has increased dramatically. Although commercial PDM (product data management) and ERP packages may be integrated to achieve a better management procedure of ECs. The investment of PDM and ERP is often very high. In this study, the eEPC process modeling tool of ARIS tool sets is employed to analyze the EC processes for different scenarios. The stages of configuration management and project management are referred to develop a project information system framework for EC processes with MS-Project server. Our trial implementation of the framework shows that the process of EC is speeded up considerably, the impact of EC is considered by related parties more systematically, the experience can be shared by all departments, and the cost of unused inventory due to EC is decreased. Hence, the quality of products is improved consequently.
