用於雷射機台之電磁干擾防制研究

摘要


近年來雷射產業越來越普及化,並應用於各行各業中,現今高階製程也會使用到雷射精密機械,其中的精密度是需要很多因素來配合,包括雷射的精度和機械的精度等等。而精密度其中一個環節,就是電力品質及雜訊干擾,這都會影響雷射精度。 本次研究主要目的是研究信號干擾,及干擾的防護,運用遮蔽線材/遮蔽材料用於機台的最佳化研究。外部環境及設備啟動皆會產生內外干擾,進而影響設備的穩定及製程的錯誤。本論文雷射機台模擬真實信號干擾情形,在信號線的包覆上,選擇了多特性線材進行實驗測試,以及遮蔽材料的種類特性,並使用示波器、高斯計檢測,實驗數據來證明使用遮蔽線材/遮蔽材料,將能大大降低干擾,並且提升設備的穩定性,其實驗結果也可運用在其它種自動化機台的配線上。

For the past few years, the laser Industry is popular gradually and applied in all walks of life extensively. Now, Laser Precision Machine is also used in high level manufacturing processes. Precision is needed to meet various factors, including precision of laser and machine. One of precision factors is the quality of electricity and noise that can influence laser precision. Therefore, we focus on the laser precision to investigate it. In this research, the purpose is to research signal interference and interference prevention. We want to acquire optimized research by using shielding cables and shielding material. The environment and equipment startup can generate outside/inside interference that affects the stability of machine and the error rate of process. This research simulates the real situation of signal interference in laser machine. In wrapping material of signal cable, we choose various cables and use shielding material simultaneously to make the experimental testing. We also use oscilloscope and Gauss meter to monitor experiments. The experimental data proves using shielding cable and shielding material can reduce interference sharply and promote the stability of machine. The experimental results also apply in the wiring of others automatic machine in the same time.
