實境虛擬之運動健身器系統建置

摘要


本研究主要建置的健身器有兩種,一為三軸動態運動機台,二為足底壓力感測器。三軸動態運動機台具有三個自由度,該機台的驅動方式以繩索為主,藉由繩索拉動的變化,控制機台產生俯仰角(Pitch angle)、翻滾角(Roll angle)與偏航角等三個軸向的運動變化,並透過機台不同角度的變化來模擬路面的傾斜狀況。三軸動態運動機台是使用數位訊號控制器(dsPIC30F4011)作為核心的控制介面,並透過數位輸出入(I/O)、寬波調變(PWM)及10位元的類比數位訊號轉換器(ADC)作為三軸動態運動機台之位置控制;利用非同步接收傳輸模組(UART)作為三軸動態運動機台與軟體所建置的虛擬場景之間的資料通訊。而足底壓力感測器,內部元件主要除了壓力感測器外,還有加速度計,可偵測3維之X、Y、Z的加速度動作。而足底壓力感測器為穿戴式的鞋墊並且裝載至鞋子裡,當使用者行走時,感測器內感測單元接收到不同的壓力,利用電路產生不同的直流電壓,再利用微處理器將類比訊號轉換成數位訊號資料並儲存於微處理器中,最後透過藍芽4.0無線模組的傳輸將資料傳至電腦與遊戲互動,以達到實境虛擬之效果。

This study mainly establishes two kinds of fitness equipment. One is the three-axis dynamic motion machine; the other is the plantar pressure sensor. By changes of pulling the rope, the controlled machine produces—Pitch angle, Roll angle and Yaw angle—the three axial changes in motion. Additionally, it simulates the road surface changes in the tilt position through different angles of the machine. The three-axis dynamic motion machine uses the digital signal controller (dsPIC30F4011) as the core of the control interface. Through digital input and output (I / O), wide wave modulation (PWM) and 10-bit analog digital signal converter (ADC), it serves as a position control of the three-axis dynamic motion machine. It uses the universal asynchronous receiver and transmitter (UART) as data communication between a three-axis dynamic motion machine and the virtual scene built with software. The second one is a plantar pressure sensor, in which the main internal components include the accelerometer that can detect the three-dimensional the acceleration motion of X, Y, Z, in addition to the pressure sensor. The plantar pressure sensor is a wearable insole, and it is loaded into the shoes. When the user walks, the sensing unit within the sensor receives a different pressure. It uses the circuit to produce different DC voltages. Then, it uses the microprocessor to convert an analog signal into a digital signal data, and stores it in the microprocessor. Finally, via Bluetooth 4.0 wireless module transfers, the data can be transmitted to the computer and interacts with the games, thereby reaching the effects of the virtual reality.
