現行道路照明設施維護作業係依據派工單進行,然派工單無即時查閱該設施基本資料與歷史紀錄等功能,又紙本作業結束後尚須回報機關,由機關上傳資料庫並回覆通報,此外,傳統後端資料庫系統運作上需仰賴大量人力做記錄建檔等作業。有鑑於此,本研究試圖將RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技術應用於道路照明設施維護管理作業,將各道路照明設施置入RFID標籤,巡檢員可藉由具RFID讀取器功能之手持式PDA做感應,即時得知該設施之基本資料與歷史紀錄,以及提醒汰換將達使用年限之零組件,此外,巡檢員透過PDA可進行派工單查詢與回報,以減少後端人力建檔等作業,再配合記錄巡檢之功能,更能增加巡檢員對該設施之狀態信賴感,進而提升維護管理之整體效率。本研究針對RFID技術應用於道路照明設施做一可行性評估,並提出最適合之RFID設備頻段,而後規劃出RFID技術應用於道路照明設施維護管理之模式,最後整合互動式網頁開發平台及Microsoft Access 2007資料庫開發技術,建構出RFID道路照明設施維護管理系統。研究成果除了可減少繁雜之人力作業及提升維護管理效率外,期望能提供各道路照明設施主管機關做為導入RFID技術之參考。
The existing road illumination maintenance operation is based on dispatch list. However, dispatch list can’t search the equipment’s basic information and history data immediately, also it should return to the agency for check and report to people. In addition, traditional database system operational need for large amounts of human work to do records and archives. Consider about this, this study try to use RFID technology applying on road illumination maintenance management. First we set RFID tag in each road illumination equipment, and then the inspectors can search the equipment’s basic information and history data immediately and warning to replace by new component. In addition, inspectors can search dispatch list by PDA. Most of all, the whole maintenance management can be promote. First, this study will determine the feasibility of RFID technology apply on road illumination, then find out the optimum facilities and plan a usage patterns. Finally, interactive web development platform and Microsoft Access 2007 database development technologies to construct the RFID road illumination maintenance management system. In addition to research results can reduce human resources and promote management efficiency, also can provide basis for every relevant agencies which want to apply on RFID technology.
