臺北市綜合高中學生進路輔導之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討臺北市綜合高中辦理學校在綜合高中學生進路輔導工作上之規劃與推動成效。主要研究目的有四，其一探討綜合高中學生對進路輔導的感受，其二探討台北市綜合高中學生對進路輔導感受程度之差異性，其三探討臺北市綜合高中教師對進路輔導措施實施的看法，其四根據研究結果提出建議，供辦理綜合高中學校、相關教育單位及後續研究者參考。本研究主要採問卷調查法，研究者根據相關文獻，自編「臺北市綜合高中學生進路輔導之研究」調查問卷，作為蒐集實證資料工具；另外採用訪談法，以綜合高中七位教師與行政人員為取樣對象，蒐集質的研究資料。本研究以九十三學年度第二學期臺北市綜合高中二年級學生為取樣對象，共發問卷300份，有效問卷213份，所得資料以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、事後考驗Scheff'e法等進行統計分析。
本研究結論如下：
一、臺北市綜合高中學生、老師對學校進路輔導的安排及成效均持肯定的態度
二、綜合高中學生雖具個人不同的背景變項如性別、進路的選擇、性向測驗、選擇動機等，但對學習輔導感受、生活輔導感受、生涯輔導之升學輔導感受並無顯著差異。
三、研究結果亦顯示公、私立學校在部份進路輔導措施實施的差距、師長對進路選擇之堅持強勢誘導的影響、就業輔導欠缺需加強等負面因素，如能克服，綜合高中進路輔導的功能將更增強。

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the instructional guidance for the comprehensive high school students in Taipei City. There were three major goals:
1. To discuss the feelings of the comprehensive high school students about the instructional guidance.
2. To discuss the difference among comprehensive high school students about their feelings for instructive guidance.
3. To explore the viewpoints of tue teachers teaching in comprehensive high school about instructional guidance.
4. To provide concrete suggestions for the instructional guidance in comprehensive high school according to the research results.
This study was based on questionnaire survey. In accordance with the related documents about the comprehensive high school, the study forms the questionaire “research of the instructional guidance for the comprehensive high school”. This questionnaire was created as a means to collect the empirical data, in expectation of understanding the interviews on different variables, feelings about the instructional guidance in the comprehensive high school. Furthermore, the study adopted interview survey on 7 teachers and educators in the comprehensive high school to collect quality oriented data. According to the study, the students and teachers of the comprehensive high school in Taipei take positive attitude to the arrangements and effects of the instructional guidance.
