摘要


本論文旨在研製高效率無位置感測器之直流無刷馬達變頻驅動器,以完成節約能源目標。藉著降低變頻器損失的切換控制技術與使反電動勢及相電流相位同相之轉矩提昇技術以提昇效率。 本論文使用場效可規劃邏輯陣列研製高效率無位置感測器之直流無刷馬達變頻驅動器,採用之直流無刷馬達其規格為24V/70W。經由實驗結果得知所研製之驅動器自低轉速至高低轉速操作範圍,均可達成節約能源目的,結果顯示可提昇效率達3%~24%。

The objective of this thesis is to design and implement of a high efficiency brushless DC motor driver without position sensor and thereby achieving power saving. The goal is achieved by novel switching control technique to reduce the conduction loss of inverter and torque control technique which forces the back-EMF to be in phase with phase current. Field programmable gate array is used to implement the high efficiency brushless DC motor driver without position sensor. The brushless DC motor is 24V/70W. Experimental results confirm that the implemented drive can save power in the full operation range. The experimental results confirm that the efficiency can be increased around 3%-24%.
