太陽能電池及光電奈米複合材料之研究

摘要


第一部分主要是利用溶液掺合的方式,將聚壓克力酸及各種塑膠(PC、PMMA、PU、NYLON等)做掺合得到聚壓克力酸納米複合材料,利用FTIR觀察是否有混合,利用DSC去觀看Tg是否有發生變化,同時從PU/PMMA及PC/PMMA發現隨致著比例不同,氫鍵也會增加,造成位移情形變多。 第二部份主要是利用共軛高分子及含silane的高分子先合成出導電的單體出現,之後與PEDOT電聚合形成copolymer,利用NMR及IR鑑定其結構,並用UV測量其光電性能。

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) have been demonstrated to be particularly useful in many applications, such as light-emitting diodes, organic field effect transistors, electroluminescent, solar cell and supercapacitors. In the first part , we prepare a polyacrylic acid to mixture plastic materials. we found its have hydrogen-bonding interaction, this phenomenon lead to carbonyl group shift. In the second part of this study, we have successfully synthesized a conjugate polymer and containing siloxane groups polymer. Last, we use electropolymerization method to produce copolymer successfully. Physical and chemical properities were measured and analyzed by H-NMR FT-IR、DSC、UV/vis、CV、GPC…etc.
