有鑑於傳統改良風機性能的方法,會造成各種資源與人力的大量浪費,無法在短時間內完成風機之性能改良,本研究則是透過數值模擬技術來完成工業級離心風機的性能分析,以計算流體力學軟體Fluent來完成此工作。本研究建立了三台現有翼形式離心風機的性能曲線之模擬,經由和實驗的性能曲線比對後,獲得良好的一致性。 並對於其中一台風機改變其外型參數,再藉由數值模擬的方式,尋找提昇風機性能之較佳參數。較佳參數將作為風機廠商實際改良風機的依據,達到提昇風機性能之目的。完成另外兩台相同機型不同大小之風機之模擬,以建立初步之資料庫,而其模擬與實測的結果仍相當一致,完整資料庫可了解各不同風機之模擬情況,有助於設計者完成其關於改良風機之工作。
Seeing that method of traditional improving Blowers performance will make the huge waste of the resource, manpower and much time. In this study, we had accomplished performance analysis of industrial centrifugal blowers by numerical simulation technique. The CFD code Fluent is utilized to perform this work. We perform simulation of three airfoil centrifugal blowers P-Q Curve and efficiency, by comparing the experimental and simulation results, a good agreement between them. Changing the profile parameters for one fan, find the better parameters of advanced blowers performance by numerical simulation. The better parameters can be the authority of actually improving blowers for the fan manufacturers to achieve advanced blowers performance. And we finished simulation of the other two similar types and different sizes blowers to make the first database. The results between the experimental and simulation is still a good agreement. Complete database can understand simulation condition of different type blowers. This can help designers to finish the work about improving blowers.
