微結構影像式足壓量測系統之開發

摘要


本論文的主要研究方向是「微結構影像式足壓量測之開發」,藉以發展一套可量測足部細微特徵同時也可量測出足底壓力大小的量測系統。相關的研究主題分為三部分,前半段研究主題是設計「足底壓力量測之微結構」,希望自行設計之微結構可以量測出細微的特徵與力量大小;而中段研究,是「足壓量測平台之設計與建構」,藉由市面上即可取得之影像擷取裝置配合自行設計的微結構特徵板,即可取得足底受壓的影像情況;後半段的研究主題是「將力的分佈情形數值化」,進一步由影像量測資料轉換至工程壓力資料(MU/EU),藉以分析足壓。 微結構式影像足壓量測的部份,本論文提出藉由自行設計之特殊微結構,搭配TPE受壓與霧面壓克力所產生的毛玻璃原理,達到清楚顯示足底壓力分佈行為,並且將足底受壓面積內之sensor數提高至約每平方公分25個sensor,中間藉由數位影像處理後可經壓力分佈曲線及其方程式求得每一sensor受壓所產生的壓力值,達成完整足壓量測。

The purpose of this research is to develop an innovative foot pressure image system based on micro pillow structure. A micro pillow structure has been designed and foot pressure image system based on the designed micro structure has been constructed. The system can get images of plantar pressure by using image capture device with self-designed micro pillow structure. Finally, the image is converted to pressure values for further analysis. By using the foot pressure image system based on micro pillow structure, the sensor of contact area of plantar pressure was raised to 9000 or so, around each square centimeter with 25 sensors. And this system is able to obtain high-resolution plant pressure measurements. Through digital transformation, the pressure value is received by the pressure distribution curve equation for further discrimination. It is an accurate measuring device and a low-cost foot pressure measuring system
