本研究計畫的主要目的是開發「具剪力量測之光學式動態足壓量測系統」,相關的研究主題分為三部分研究。前段研究主題是建立「足底壓力量測之結構板」,希望自行設計之結構可以量測出足底壓力與剪力變化圖;而中段研究主題是「動態足壓量測平台之設計與建構」,藉由市面上取得之高解析度影像擷取攝影機並配合自行設計的結構板,即可取得足底受壓的影片情況;後段的研究主題是「壓力與剪力量測與足底壓力量測」,以影像特徵面積大小及其RGB顏色識別之方法,再將各別圖片部分作影像處理後,藉以分析足底壓力與剪力之變化情形,整合以上三部分,以建立一創新的動態足壓量測開發技術。 藉由本研究計畫的實施,成功建立「動態足壓量測」的能力,設計人可行走之架高量測平台上進行足底壓力量測之影片,不僅可以直接由影片觀察壓力變化情形,最後以影像特徵面積大小及其RGB顏色識別進行壓力與剪力之量測,達到動態足壓量測的目的,對於現有之動態足壓量測設備實為一大突破。
This study is to develop an innovative image system to measure foot pressure as well as shear force. There are three parts of this study, the structure board design and fabrication, the plate form design and building up for dynamic foot pressure measuring, and the measuring process in both pressure and shear force. The structure board is used to show the shape change while a pressure has been added on. An image system setup in the plate form is used to detect the change. The measuring process is analysis the detected image in terms of the shape and the color change. By the combination of the above three parts, a dynamic foot pressure image system has been build to give the ability of share force measurement. The results show a good visual foot pressure map according to the area size and the share force differences can be displayed in color. Different from conventional foot pressure technology, the new system brings a new foresight in foot diagnostic by bring the foot pressure together with shear force measuring.
