摘要


物流中心效率是市場競爭中最重要的一環。物流中心內,揀貨時間約佔物流中心總作業時間的40%∼60%。倉儲是全球經濟化與供應鏈中重要的一環,主要功能為儲存原料及各級產品,以滿足供應鏈產銷需求。揀貨作業即根據客戶訂單,揀貨員至倉儲之貨品儲位上揀取所需物品及數量,於正確之時間將正確之物品送達顧客,滿足顧客需求。因此企業應當著手規劃有效率之揀貨作業流程,以降低揀貨時間及成本,提升商品揀貨處理及效率。 行動科技興盛,智慧型手機的普遍,透過無所不在的運算,提升揀貨作業效率。本研究透過iOS開發倉儲導航揀貨系統於手機上,模擬倉儲室內地圖,透過路徑規劃演算法於手機軟體。當顧客訂購商品,揀貨人員利用手機接收訂單,系統自動規劃訂單之揀貨路徑,手機畫面指引揀貨人員行走最佳揀貨路線,節省揀貨成本。後端透過資料庫與手機同步連結,儲存商品位置、物品資訊、存貨數量、及顧客訂購記錄,即時有效控管商品存貨及缺貨問題,降低成本,提升物流中心效率。

The efficiency of logistics center is the most important part in the market competition. In logistics center, the picking takes logistic center approximately 40% to 60% of total operating time. Warehousing is one of the most important part in global economization and supply chain. The main duties of warehousing is to store raw materials, semi-finished materials and products to satisfy the needs of supply chain. Picking means, basing on the purchase order, pickers pick the correct goods with correct quantity from the storeroom and send it to customers at the right time to meet the needs of customers. Therefore, enterprises should plan an effective picking procedure to reduce picking time and the costs, and produce satisfactory picking and increase efficiency. Through developed mobile technology and the popularity of smartphone, computing can be operated everywhere which can increase the efficiency of picking. We use iOS to develop warehouses navigation picking system, simulate warehousing indoor map and use routing algorithm on the mobile phone. When customer order the products, picker can receive the orders by cellphone immediately. The system will map out the order picking route automatically and guide picker walking the best picking route so that it can reduce the picking cost. The database connect the cellphone synchronously and store item location, information of the product, quantity in stock and record of the order. Its control inventory and shortage problem effectively, reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of logistics center.
