冰水機性能經驗模式應用於現場性能確效之研究

A Study of the Empirically Based Performance Models Verification for Liquid Chillers On-site

摘要


冰水機運轉效率的高低、性能的優劣直接影響中央空調系統的效能與耗電量。是以用來驗證冰水機效率的高低、方法與標準,亦逐漸受到重視並被執行應用以確認冰水機之運轉性能。本研究之目的主要是回顧近期文獻上所被提出之冰水機驗證模式中選用最具代表性的四個經驗模式來作為現場冰水機實際運轉狀況的再次驗證,採用較高的準確性及其較易取得驗證參數為主要的選用原則。被選用來驗證的四個經驗模式中,有三個屬黑盒模式,包含雙二次回歸模式(BQ)、複變數多項式迴歸模式(MP)、簡化複變數多項式迴歸模式(SMP)及一個屬灰盒模式的Modified Gordon-Ng 通用冰水機熱力學模式(MGN)。驗證經驗模式之適用性是依據統計學之變異均方根誤差系數(CVRMSE)大小來作為評估基礎。而驗證經驗模式的資料取至某一半導體廠5℃及9℃兩系統的十二台定速離心式冰水機兩年的量測數據,包含冰水進出溫度、冷卻水進出溫度、耗電量及負載比例等數據,經過整理及篩選後,共取得2470筆資料來作為驗證使用。 綜合本文針對現場冰水機性能經驗模式預測準確度之研究結果發現,整體來說,這四種經驗模式中,以黑盒模式表現較灰盒模式佳,再更進一步說明,則以黑盒模式的BQ Model的準確性較佳,平均CVRMSE值為0.866%;以灰盒模式MGN Model最不適用,其平均CVRMSE值為7.016%。 本研究是應用現場實際運轉所收集之冰水機數據進行文獻中經驗模式分析與實際效能確認之比較,所得研究成果可找出更趨近於實際應用之經驗模式,並可作為現場冰水機運轉性能測試、節能改善及系統調整後之評估及性能驗證(M&V)的參考。

In the central air-conditioning system; the power energy consumption is affected by the performance of chiller directly. Recently, it is important to evaluate suitable empirically based models to predict the coefficient of performance (COP) of chillers in running status for saving the energy. This study is to evaluate the performance prediction ability and model suitability of four empirically based performance models for centrifugal liquid chillers, the four empirically based models, including BQ、MP、SMP and MGN. The evaluation for models suitability is based on the consideration of prediction ability, the parameter and datasets measured from the running chillers easily. In this study, there are 2470 datasets measured from 11 sets of centrifugal liquid chiller with constant flow of chilled water in two years to evaluate the four models. The model prediction accuracy of each empirically based model is based on the coefficient of variation of root-mean-square error (CVRMSE). The results of evaluation show that the black-box model, including BQ (CVRMSE=0.866%)、MP (CVRMSE=0.932%) and SMP (CVRMSE=0.941%) models have achieved extremely the best prediction accuracy and all the CVRMSE values are under 1% for all datasets. But the gray-box model, MGN model is rough to predicit the performance for all chillers in this study (CVRMSE=7.016%).The result of this study provide the important reference values for choosing the empirically based models for energy analysis, optimal operating control, energy efficiency measurement and verification (M&V) in centrifugal liquid chillers.
