摘要

擁有牙齒敏感的病患在文獻研究上有著將近35 %的患病率甚至更高，雖然在牙齒敏感的相關文獻中已經有著不少的研究，但是對這些病患的處理一直缺少直接又有效的治療方式。然而從過去的研究中，由於牙釉質的磨損所暴露出的牙本質中有許多的牙本質小管，牙本質小管中含有液體，而口腔中的冷熱酸鹼會引起牙本質小管中的液體可能會往外或往內流動，間接使得牙髓腔內神經的活化而感到疼痛。而過去我們實驗室所開發的DP-bioglass有良好的機械性質與良好的生物相容性，且已經應用在不同的領域中。所以本研究目的為製備含DP-bioglass的牙膏，希望藉由刷牙的方式封閉暴露的牙本質小管達到治療牙齒敏感的效果。
　　本實驗將製備好的DP-bioglass添加至本實驗室所製備的牙膏中，利用Ｘ-ray繞射分析、掃描式電子顯微鏡、元素分析及酸鹼度計等方法，評估牙膏對於封閉牙本質小管的效果，進而了解牙膏的作用機制。
　　實驗結果顯示，使用含DP-bioglass的牙膏，在刷洗牙本質試片14次後，所形成的結晶沉澱物，可以封閉住牙本質小管，達到治療牙齒敏感症的目的，並值得未來進一步發展及研究。

The prevalence of dental hypersensitivity is almost 38 %.Dental hypersensitivity is one of the major challenges in dental practice. Sensitive teeth literature has been a lot of research, but the treatment of these patients has been the lack of effective and direct treatment. From past studies, however, dentin sensitivity has been associated with exposed dentin, dentin exposed in many of the dentinal tubules, while the mouth of the hot, cold and pH may cause the liquid in the dentinal tubules flowing, indirect activation of nerve making pulp cavity and pain. DP-bioglass developed in our laboratory have good mechanical properties and good biocompatibility, and has been applied in different areas. The purpose of this study is the preparation of DP-bioglass-containing toothpaste, and hope that the closure of exposed dentinal tubules by brushing way to achieve the effect of treating tooth hypersensitivity.
DP-bioglass prepared this experiment will add to the preparation of toothpaste, the use of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy, elemental analysis and pH meter, to assess the effect of the toothpaste occluded dentinal tubules order to understand the mechanism of action of the toothpaste.
In conclusion, use desensitizing toothpaste that contains DP-bioglass after brushing dentin disc fourteen times. It will precipitate to form crystalline to occlude the dentinal tubules, thereby achieving lasting alleviation of dental hypersensitivity.
