本文探討在線性滑軌與位移平台振動特性分析,使用有限元素分析軟體ANSYS模擬振動模態與自然頻率,其位移平台架構設計上使用線性滑軌。首先進行線性滑軌的試驗與分析,相互比較試驗與分析之間自然頻率的差異,由結果顯示出,透過質量與彈簧元素取代原先的接觸介面,用有限元素進行來模態分析,模擬結果接近真實試驗,之後分析線性滑軌在不同預壓應力等級與不同材質的滾珠,自然頻率的差異影響。而位移平台分析,在不同預壓等級的線性滑軌時,模擬其振動模態與自然頻率,邊界條件取固定邊界進行分析,由分析結果中,觀察出線性滑軌對於位移平台自然頻率的影響性,以及造成位移平台模態振型的影響。
This study discusses vibration characteristics of linear guideway and motion platform. The linear guideway and other components were used to build the structure of motion platform. In this study, we proceed the FEM modal analysis and experimental modal analysis about the linear guideway. The results shows that natural frequencies and mode shapes obtained from FEM by using the elements of mass and spring to replace the original contact elements are in good agreement with experimental modal analysis. The effects of different preload value of bearing and different bearing ball material on the natural frequency of linear guideway has also been studied. Finally, the natural frequency and mode shape of the motion platform has also been studied using FEM under different preload of linear guideway. The results and methods presented in this thesis provides a good reference for the design or select of linear guideway and the motion platform.
