現今關於帷幕牆產業之種類概分為金屬帷幕牆系統、玻璃帷幕牆系統、預鑄混凝土帷幕牆系統、玻璃纖維強化水泥帷幕牆系統、花崗石帷幕牆系統、、、等等種類,而相關研究與分析報告,均屬於技術層面之研究與探討,包括各類帷幕牆生產技術、施工規範、設計與規劃研究、、、等,缺乏一套整體關鍵成功因素研究分析,提供產業內各公司決策者對公司未來發展與資源分配之參考,及未來欲進入帷幕牆產業之公司策略規劃之依據。本研究針對帷幕牆產業與關鍵成功因素相關文獻進行探討,經過與三位專家訪談彙整出帷幕牆產業之關鍵成功因素,設計出問卷,接著以中華民國帷幕牆技術發展協會之會員與國內知名業主及建築師為訪談對象,藉由層級分析法得到帷幕牆產業關鍵成功因素的相對權重,綜合上述研究結果可知,帷幕牆產業的關鍵成功因素重要性依序為:「品質」、「產品價格」、「界面整合技術」、「安全技術」、「交期」、「耐久及後續維護」、「高層的支持」、「節能技術」、「策略正確性」、「新材料、新工法研發」、「策略的貫徹執行」、「策略的產生」。
On the present day, curtain wall industry consists of metal curtain wall system, glass curtain wall system, pre-cast concrete curtain wall system, glass fiber strength cement curtain wall system, granite curtain wall system, etc. Most relevant researches and analysis publications are part of technical research and reviewal that include production technique, construction specification, design and planning research that are lacking of a series of research analyses of overall key successful factors that is capable of furnishing decision makers in curtain wall industry to develop further business and plan allocation of resources and furnishing new developers in curtain wall industry to plan their strategy. This research is focusing on the relationship between curtain wall industry and key successful factor. After interview with three professional specialists, the writer has summarized the questionnaire in terms of the key successful factors of the curtain wall industry. Furthermore, as a member of the curtain wall technology development association, the writer has interviewed with the well-known developers and architects in-country that have been resulted in relative weight by analytic hierarchy process. In summary, the sequences of importance for key successful factors are as “Quality”, “Product Price”, “Interface Integration Technology”, “Technology of Safety”, “Delivery Time”, “Durability and Follow-up Maintenance”, “Support from Top Management”, “Technology of Energy Saving”, “Accuracy of Strategy”, “Development of New Material and New Construction Method”, “Effectively Implement of Strategy”, “Creation of Strategy”.
