專業營造經營模式關鍵成功因素之研究-以帷幕牆工程公司為例

摘要


近年來全球受金融風暴影響,國內外原物料價格波動,政府公共工程與民間工程皆減少,廠商低價搶標,銀行緊縮銀根,勞工缺乏勞務成本高漲,營造工程案件飽受成本沖撃,不少業者紛傳倒閉。未來全球經濟復甦乃受高油電價、美國與歐洲主權債務問題、通膨壓力等影響。帷幕牆工程營建產業環境複雜不易控制,施工過程不確定性與風險高,施工人員及材料來源不穩定,因此想要掌握帷幕牆的經營模式關鍵成功因素變得相當困難,相關帷幕牆工程管理的研究並不多,且大多偏重於施工設計及施工技術層面,產業大都以中小企業之組織型態,經營者以技術起家為多,對於管理的知識及技能均較缺乏,然關鍵成功因素不應局限於施工設計及技術層面,應包含設計製造施工技術整合、人力資源管理、財務管理、資訊管理等企業功能因素。 本研究以帷幕牆工程承攬業經營有關的管理者或資深技術專業人員,為專家訪談對象,應運用DEMATEL找出帷幕牆關鍵成功因素間關聯性與影響程度後,再以ANP運算找出構面及準則間的權重值,來探討帷幕牆關鍵成功因素。 經實證與分析結果發現:(1)根據DEMATEL分析結果發現,管理構面同時影響技術及財務構面,另技術與財務構面又具相互影響關係,關鍵指標間之「成本控制」、「現金流量」、「交期」及「品質」、等之執行成效,會受到「人力資源」、「設計製造施工技術整合」、「價格」等影響較強烈,而受「配合度」、「行政管理」、「資訊管理」的影響次之。(2)根據ANP法分析結果,發現在帷幕牆產業關鍵成功因素構面的權重順序為財務、技術、管理等構面,而指標權重前三名為為「人力資源管理」、「品質」、「價格」,其餘權重依順為「成本控制」、「設計製造施工技術整合」、「現金流量」、「交期」、「資訊管理」、「行政管理」、「配合度」。最後,本研究依據建立之架構及實證結果,提出管理實務之意涵及後續研究之建議。 關鍵詞:專業營造、帷幕牆、關鍵成功因素、DEMATEL、ANP

The future of the global economic recovery is affected by the impact high price of petroleum, U.S. and European sovereign debt, and inflationary pressures. The facade construction industry environment is complex, difficult to control the construction process uncertainty and risk, construction workers and the material sources of instability, Whatever mastery the business model of the curtain wall to the critical success factors become very difficult, Whereas curtain wall project management not many studies, and most of the emphasis on the construction design and construction of the technical viewpoint, The curtain wall industry that organization scale of mostly small and medium enterprises, the proprietors of the technology started more than for the lack of management knowledge and skills than those, Whereas critical success factors should not limited to the construction design and technical aspects, including design and manufacture of construction technology integration, the factor of human resource management,financial management and information management enterprise features. In this study, the curtain wall project forwarders to operate the relevant manager or senior technical professionals and experts interviewed, The applications DEMATEL to find out the correlation between the critical success factors of the curtain wall and the influence, and then find out the structure of ANP operations weight values between the dimensions and criteria, to explore the key success factors of the curtain wall. The empirical analysis found DEMATEL analysis: (1) The results showed that management dimensions affect both the technical and financial dimensions, The technical and financial dimensions but also with the relationship of interacting. The key indicators "human resources"、" design & manufacture & construction technology integration " and "price" was a strong primary effect on "cost control"、"cash flow"、"schedule " and " quality ", etc., and it the secondary effect by through "coordinability"、"adminitration management" and "information management".(2)According to the ANP method analysis of the results, found in the weight ranking of the curtain wall industry key success factors that dimensions of " financial "、" technical ", and " management ",while the key indicators of the resulet, found in the weight top three rankings of "human resource management"、"quality"、 " price", the weight remaining rankings of "cost control"、"design & manufacture & construction technology integration"、" cash flow "、"schedule "、"information Management "、" administration management"and " coordinability". Finally, based on the framework and evidence results, the study intends to propose a few suggestions for management practice and continual research.
