摘要


本論文實作一套行動遠距醫療心電訊號監測系統,我們應用Android-based智慧型手持裝置量測心電訊號,量測結果可經行動網路或WiFi上傳至遠端伺服器,因而改進傳統量測方式缺乏行動性的缺點。我們首先製作心電訊號擷取電路,Android手持裝置負責執行心電訊號之數位化以及即時顯示心電圖與心率,並將結果傳送至遠端健康照護網站伺服器儲存,醫療人員可以透過網站伺服器長期追蹤病患生理狀況。實驗結果顯示,本系統能透過行動裝置即時傳送心電訊號量測結果,可輔助醫院專業醫護人員進行遠距醫療服務,因而大幅提升緊急救護之服務品質。

This study develops a portable ECG signal measurement and monitoring system for application in telecare. To overcome the shortcoming of traditional measurement systems that lack of mobility, an Android-based portable device is employed to deal with the electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. The processed ECG signal can then be transmitted to remote healthcare server via mobile communications or WiFi networks for healthcare purpose. Firstly, a circuit connected to Android-based portable device is implemented to extract analog ECG signal. The portable device then digitizes the analog ECG signal and displays the ECG waveform and heart rate on the screen, and finally transmits the results to remote healthcare center for health monitoring and diagnosis. Experimental result indicates that the developed system is able to transmit the ECG signal in a real-time manner for aiding telemedicine, therefore has the potential in enhancing quality of emergency medical service.
