本研究係針對橢圓機之健身器材,將其相關的學術期刊、論文、專利公報及市售橢圓機型式加以收集整理分類與分析,依據所收集之文獻橢圓機的傳動機構、連桿組型式來分類,並分析不同機構設計的特性與差異,探討其中的優缺點,作為新型橢圓機創新設計的參考方向。 本研究目的為使橢圓機能更精巧,更省空間且其運動軌跡亦能符合人的步態軌跡,不僅能讓使用者用起來舒適,而且不佔空間。本橢圓機主要是以六連組之頭史帝芬森運動鏈(Stephenson’s chain)所組成之史帝芬森Ⅱ型的六連桿機構為設計結構,並以使用者在機構後方,以節省橢圓機所佔的空間。 本研究在設計橢圓機會注重人體工學。在設計上將參考市面上使用者在機構後方的橢圓機之主要尺寸,以設計出符合人體工學的橢圓機。本研究中以Pro/Engineer WiIdfnre4.0 繪圖軟體來繪製所設計之新式橢圓機3D 零件與3D 組合件,並驗證此設計方向之可行性;再利用Pro/Mechanism 模組進行運動模擬來驗證複合式橢圓機之作動情形是否符合預期;接著使用Pro/Mechanica模組來進行應力分析,以測試所設計之運動器材在各種模式下是否具有一定的安全性,本研究利用以上流程完成一連串之創新設計研發過程,並設計出不佔空間,適宜的成本,具競爭力之新式橢圓機。
This study aims to explore the creative design of the elliptical trainer by analyzing the features of and differences between different types of crankshaft connecting and dynamic mechanism. Based on the past studied on elliptical trainer models in academic journals, thesis, and patent co mmunique, this study examines the advantages and drawbacks of each model and points to the creative design of elliptical model. This study proposes that if the elliptical trainer can be more exquisite and less space-consuming, and the kinematic orbit can conform to the human footsteps, users can feel more comfortable. The elliptical trainer proposed in the study is based on Stephenson’s chain, in which the Stephenson Ⅱ type six-chain mechanism functions as the main structure. This study wants the users to stand in the rear of the mechanism so that the elliptical trainer occupies less space. Besides, this study also takes human engineering into consideration. Referring to the sizes of the elliptical trainers on the market, on which the user stands in the rear to make the elliptical trainer less space-consuming, this study constructs the 3D model of the elliptical trainer with the computer, and analyses the conformity of the elliptical trainer parts to the required intensity. Constructed in this way, the elliptical trainer saves both the material and the cost.
