近年來,由於經濟快速的成長,現代人的生活變得忙碌,加上不當的飲食習慣,導致人們變得肥胖且慢性疾病纏身,於是人們開始重視個人保健與休閒,進而帶動室內健身器材的崛起,其中橢圓機乃是模擬人行走的健身器材,其運動軌跡為水平橢圓;踏步機則為模擬人上下樓梯的健身器材,其運動軌跡為圓弧或垂直橢圓;兩者均為廣受歡迎的室內健身器材。本文探討雙功能橢圓踏步機之概念設計,首先收集相關學術期刊、論文和專利等相關文獻資料,依據其功能與機構類型來加以分類,並探討其優缺點、差異性、以及對使用者所產生的影響;接著,根據機構創新設計方法,合成出二個自由度五桿機構2個可行構想,二個自由度七桿機構42個可行構想;最後,針對合成出的設計構想,以奧斯本檢核表法所列之方法,進行桿件位置配置及運動軌跡模擬,共得到11型雙功能橢圓踏步機。
Recently, due to rapid economic growth, people become busy. Improper diet gives rise to obesity and chronic illness. People attach the importance of health and leisure, hence indoor exercisers become popular and popular. The elliptical exerciser is the machine simulate the motion of person’s walking. The foot-step exerciser is the machine simulate the motion of person’s stair-stepping. Both are the exercisers loved by the people. This thesis discussed the conceptual design of dual-function (walking and stair-stepping) exercisers. First, analysis literatures and patents of dual-function exercisers and find out their advantages and disadvantages. Then, according to the methodology of mechanism creative design, 2 and 42 design concepts of five-bar and Seven-bar with 2 degrees of freedom are synthesized. Finally, base to the method of Osborn’s check-list, 11 dual-function exercisers are obtained according to the design concepts synthesized in this thesis.
