後驅式步態機之設計與分析

摘要


本研究係針對以橢圓機之健身器材為主,尋找相關學術期刊、論文及專利公報,依據主體結構不同、使用位置不同及具其他附屬功能加以分類與分析,並探討其中之優缺點,作為後續後驅式步態機設計研發的參考方向。 本研究之目的是要使步態機之軌跡更符合人的步態軌跡,讓步態機能夠降低使用者在使用橢圓機時踏板施予膝蓋的衝擊,進而在不傷害使用者膝蓋的前提下達到訓練心肺功能的目的。本步態機之步態軌跡係以後四連桿產生的耦曲線軌跡與前搖桿之圓弧軌跡所合成產生,且其四連桿耦曲線需接近淚滴型,而除了去除踏板施予膝蓋的衝擊力外,本研究在設計步態機也注意到人體工學,在設計上將參考市面上的後驅式橢圓機之主要尺寸,以設計出融合各項優點的後驅式步態機。 本研究中以SolidWorks 2005繪圖軟體來繪製所設計之後驅步態機3D零件與3D組合件,並驗證此設計方向之可行性;再利用SolidWorks 2005裡的功能進行運動模擬來驗證後驅式步態機之作動情形是否符合預期;接著使用ANSYS 11.0來進行應力分析,以測試所設計之運動器材在各種模式下是否具有一定的安全性,本研究利用以上流程完成一連串之後驅式步態機設計研發過程,並順利設計出一具有 競爭力之後驅式步態機。

This research focuses on the elliptical exerciser. By collecting related periodical theories and patents is to categorize and analyze the strength and weakness of the exerciser which the result will be a reference to the development of the future strider. The purpose of the research is to find out how to make the track of step more suitable and will not cause injure when people were using a strider. Four-bar linkage makes the track of step by the conjoint force between the curving track and the front-rocker. The coupler curve of the four-bar linkage is nearly the tear-drop shape. Except the impact of the pedals, the ergonomics is one of the elements that should be concerned when designing a multifunctional strider. By using the SolidWorks 2005 painting software to picture the components of the strider, the flexibility and the functions of the strider can be easily examined. Strength-analyzing is to examine whether the strider is safe for user or not. Through those processes above are to complete the designing of the strider which, in the future, is competitiveness.
