本研究係針對以橢圓機為主,或是以健身車為主之複合式運動器材,尋找相關學術期刊、論文及專利公報,依據主體結構不同加以分類與分析,並探討其中之優缺點,作為後續新型複合式橢圓機設計研發的參考方向。 本研究係為三合一複合式橢圓機有關之設計,所採用之器材主體為一四連桿之橢圓機,使用者能夠利用簡單的機構變換,便可使用結合橢圓機、舒躺式健身車與舉重床三種不同運動方式之運動健身器材。本研究主要內容著重於分析先前之相關設計,並以修改先前產品之缺點、提高結構利用率、占用最少的空間為前提之下來設計出一融合各項優點之新型複合式橢圓機。 本研究中以Pro/Engineer3D繪圖軟體來繪製所設計之複合式橢圓機3D零件與3D組合件,並驗證此設計方向之可行性;再利用Pro/Mechanism 模組進行運動模擬來驗證複合式橢圓機之作動情形是否符合預期;接著使用Pro/Mechanica模組來進行應力分析,以測試所設計之運動器材在各種模式下是否具有一定的安全性,本研究利用以上流程完成一連串之複合式橢圓機設計研發過程,並順利設計出一具競爭力之複合式運動器材。
This research focuses on exercise machine which takes elliptical exercise machine or recumbent exercise bike as main structure, seeks and collects the information from relative academic periodical, the thesis and the patent communique then classifies and analyses it with different main structure. With probe into pluses and minuses among them, the results can be referenced to the direction of design research and development of the advanced multifunctional elliptical exercise machine. This research relevant on some design about a three in one multifunction elliptical exercise machine, it bases on a four-bar elliptical exercise machine. User can use an exercise machine with elliptical exercise machine, recumbent exercise bike, and exercise bench three kinds of sport way by simple mechanism vary. This study’s main section bases on analyzing before correlative design, improve shortcoming of fore products, improve the rate of utilization of the structure, and take up the least space, then design the new-type of multifunctional elliptical exercise machine by combine all advantages. This research use Pro/Engineer3D software to design 3D parts and 3D assemblies of multifunctional elliptical machine, and verify feasibility of this design; verifying its movement is expected or not by motion simulation with Pro/Mechanism; test the safety in each exercise mode by stress analysis respectively with Pro/Mechanica. The multifunctional elliptical exercise machine designs and developments of this task was series done, and design a multifunctional exercise machine with competition smoothly.
