社區推展祭祀文化活動策略之研究-以台北市社子地區為例

A Study on the Strategies of Promoting Worship Culture Activities by the Community - She-Zi, Taipei as a Case Study

摘要


發展地方文化產業成為國際間對抗全球化潮流手段,更是目前國內文化政策推導主流與營造地區特色的最佳途徑。面臨全球化時代挑戰,深受禁建影響的社子地區應主動尋求合適地方文化產業,以解決發展停滯問題。祭祀文化活動是社子居民生活信仰中心,與社區事務關係密切,本研究透過社區總體營造、民眾參與和行銷策略等理論文獻分析和國內外案例經驗之結合應用,推展祭祀文化活動,盼其成為社子地區地方文化產業,為老舊社區挹注活力,打造永續文化特色,因應全球化時代普遍化之衝擊;並利用觀察法、田野調查、訪談、問卷調查及統計分析等研究方法探討社子地區祭祀點分布和祭祀文化活動舉辦現況,獲取居民對於祭祀文化活動現況了解及提出未來推展策略之建議。 學術研究結果發現,社區推展祭祀文化活動首重民眾參與和社區總體營造工作,藉由具體行動凝聚社區意識從而改善實質環境,為活動所需默契共識及空間環境作準備;再者,以祭祀文化活動為產品,整合地方資源,建立推展行銷策略。而問卷結果顯示,社子居民本身對於推展祭祀文化活動已具備共識,更希望經由媒體、廣告等多元管道宣傳且加入公部門專業資源和技術協助,吸引更多外地遊客前來參加。

Developing local cultural industry is not only a measure against globalization around the world, but also our critical cultural policy and the best approach of forming local uniqueness. In the globalization age, She-Zi, where buildings and facilities can not be built, should develop local cultural industry to overcome the difficulty in developing. Worship culture activities are the heart for inhabitants’ religion in She-Zi and these activities are close to the communities in this district. First of all, via literature review in community empowerment, public participation, marketing strategies, as well as case study, this research proposed that worship culture activities could become local cultural industry in She-Zi so as to revitalize declined communities, form sustainable culture, and respond to the impact of globalization. Additionally, by observation, field work, interview, questionnaire, and statistical analysis, the distribution of worship place and the current development of worship culture activities would be analyzed to help us figure out the inhabitants’ views of worship culture activitiesThis research concludes that the most important things in community promotion for worship culture activities are public participation and community empowerment. With activities, the sense of community can be agglomerated and the physical environment can be improved. In addition, the results of questionnaire indicate that the inhabitants in She-Zi have the general consensus on promoting worship culture activities. They also hope that the media and advertisement, as well as public-sector’s resources and techniques will attract more tourists to participate their activities.
