臺北縣市高職學生之導師輔導角色期望與角色踐行知覺研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色期望與角色踐行知覺,並據以提出結論與建議。主要目的:1.探討臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色期望知覺;2.探討臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色踐行知覺;3.分析臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色期望與角色踐行知覺的差距。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以「高職學生的導師輔導角色期望與踐行知覺之研究調查問卷」為研究工具,抽取11所學校,有效問卷963份。分別以平均數、標準差、t考驗及單因子變異數統計方法進行分析。本研究經由統計分析,獲得的結論為:1.臺北縣市高職學生對導師輔導角色抱持中高程度期望;2臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色期望會因性別而有差異,但不受學校區域、學校性質、年級、類科影響;3.臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色踐行的知覺為中等程度;4.臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色踐行知覺會因學校性質、性別、年級及類科而有差異,但不受學校區域影響;5.臺北縣市高職學生的導師輔導角色踐行知覺不及角色期望。 本研究最後進一步針對教育行政單位、學校、導師、學生與未來研究分別提出建議。

This study aimed to investigate the role expectation and role performance of guidance role of homeroom teacher for students in vocational high schools in Taipei City and County. The first objective of this research was to investigate the students’ perception of role expectation of guidance job of homeroom teacher in vocational high schools in Taipei City and County as well as the differences from the background factors, and the second was to investigate the students’ perception of role performance and the differences from background factors. The last was to analyze differences between role expectation and role performance in terms of guidance role of homeroom teacher. After questionnaire survey, with 963 effective feedbacks collected from 11 schools, the major findings by descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA are as follows: 1. Vocational high school students’ perception of guidance role of homeroom teacher showed a high level of role expectation in Taipei City and County. 2. Among the variables such as school area, school attribute, grade, gender, and type of subjects, only the gender showed significant differences in guidance role of teacher from students’ role expectation in Vocational high school in Taipei City and County. 3. Vocational high school students’ perception of guidance role of homeroom teacher showed a middle level of role expectation in Taipei City and County. 4. Except for school area, there were significant differences in the students’ perception of role expectation of guidance job of homeroom teacher in vocational high schools in Taipei City and County based on the variables of school attribute, sex, grade, type of subjects. 5. There was significant discrepancy between role expectation and role performance of guidance job of homeroom teacher by Vocational high school students in Taipei City and County, namely the role performance was inferior to the role expectation. Based on the study, further pedagogical implications for students, homeroom teachers, schools, and the educational administration authorities; suggestions for future studies were also provided at the end of the study.
