2011年在希臘及義大利等歐債問題仍存有疑慮,加以美國經濟成長力道不足,連帶使全球消費市場之成長動能趨緩,筆記型電腦產業亦無從倖免。各家電腦品牌業者莫不提升創新研發動能,爭相投入智慧型手機、平板電腦、以及新一代超輕薄高效能筆記型電腦Ultrabook等革命性產品的研究開發,以期刺激積弱不振的國際景氣,持續推動產業向上成長。 與此同時,對於關鍵零組件之料況掌握,往往是決定品牌電腦業者能否於市場上勝出的ㄧ大要因。本研究透過製程FMEA以及品質稽核,建立筆記型電腦料件品質管理機制,有效降低關鍵料件於製程上之潛在風險,並且縮短料件開發時程,提高品質,協助開發中之筆記型電腦產品提早進入量產,提昇筆記型電腦品牌企業之競爭力。
The growth of the global consumer market including the notebook industry is getting slower and slower under the misgivings caused by the slow recovery after U.S. economic recession and European sovereign debt crisis from 2011.Every own brand notebook enterprise spares no effort to enhance their innovating and researching capabilities on developing constructive products such as smartphone, tablet PC and ultrabook to stimulate the growth of both the global economic and notebook industry. Meanwhile,to control the critical components of the notebook supply chain efficiently is a key factor of being a successful own brand notebook enterprise in the market.This research applied process failure mode and effect analysis and the quality audit to develops a mechanism of the quality management on notebook materials. This quality management mechanism is able to reduce the potential risk of the key material manufacturing process, shorten the developing hours and improve the yield rate of key materials. And then to assist new notebook products into mass production beforehand to enhance the competitiveness of own brand notebook enterprises.
