具阻抗量測之參數可調PRF周邊神經電刺激器

摘要


本論文研究目的為以脈衝式射頻電刺激可以藉由電場來阻斷背根神經節、交感神經作用的理論同樣經由電針灸或是經皮神經電刺激作用在週邊神經上,經由電場作用改善傳統使用中低週波的經皮神經電刺激受限於表皮阻抗太高而無法直接刺激到痛點以及釋放足夠的腦內啡的缺點,同時在電針灸的止痛效果方面也可比過往更加更持久,此研究將使用臨床上PRF所使用的電刺激參數,藉此做為電針以及經皮神經電刺激的刺激參數作周邊神經的PRF治療。 此PRF周邊神經電刺激器主要分為兩部分,一為PRF電刺激參數,另一為阻抗量測;在電刺激參數方面藉由微處理器輸出方波控制MOS開關再經由電感電容共振出500K、1、2、4MHz的高頻載波,在低頻有4組不同的Pulse rate配合做變化,並由直流轉直流升降轉換器來決定刺激參數的振幅強度,刺激的同時將振幅強度值以七段顯示器顯示以增加安全性;在阻抗量測部分,主要是能以配合偵測出穴位位置以及判別電刺激同時的刺激深入度,經由微處理器控制AD5933,分別量測出500K、1M、2M、4M Hz的複數阻抗值,並且利用LCD即時顯示出其實部及虛部以做觀測。在未來我們將會利用此電刺激器作人體試驗以驗證此新式電療對於止痛效果更佳化的構想。

Electrical stimulation parameters of the output square wave control by microprocessor MOS switch and then through the inductor-capacitor resonant out 500K, 1,2,4 MHz high-frequency carrier. At low frequencies there are four different groups of Pulse rate changes with doing by the DC to DC converter lift stimulation parameters to determine the amplitude of intensity. While the amplitude of the stimulation intensity values to seven-segment display for added security. In the impedance measurement part, mainly to be able to match the location and identification detect electrical stimulation of acupuncture points to stimulate further degree simultaneously. Via microchip control impedance chip AD5933, respectively, measured out 500K, 1M, 2M, 4M Hz complex impedance values. And the use of LCD real-time display of the real part and the imaginary part of impedance to make observations. In the future, we will take advantage of this electrical stimulator for human trials to validate this new analgesic electrotherapy for the better of the idea.
