應用在石化產業腐蝕抑制劑之 專利分析研究

摘要


一個國家的國防、經濟及民生和石化工業的發展息息相關,其發展條件主要在於原油資源的取得成本、煉製製程的改善、上下游供應鏈的完備及銷售市場的 健全性等,為了達到大規模的成長環境,產能不斷擴充下,相對就必須有增加更多的儲槽、壓力容器及管線,然而絕大多數的石化廠其所屬的環境原本就較為惡 劣,據API的調查分析,因設備故障或管線等外洩而導致重大意外事故的比例遠超過40%,其中以腐蝕和疲勞所占比例最高占41%,因而耗掉可觀的支出成本及可怕 的工安問題。針對腐蝕相關的研究,不外乎就是針對金屬防蝕材料的開發(如各類型不銹鋼)、腐蝕環境的因素影響及腐蝕防護材料的研究(如防蝕塗料及腐蝕抑制 劑)。腐蝕抑制劑因具良好的效果及較高的經濟價值,目前可說是應用在防腐蝕技術中最廣泛的方法之一。腐蝕抑制劑被應用在冷卻水系統、油氣田及油漆塗料等。 其相關開發技術及專利發展已是非常成熟,根據世界智慧財產權組織的調查,妥善利用專利資訊可縮短研發時間60%,節省研發經費40%,本篇研究主要針對石化 產業中的所使用在冷卻水系統的腐蝕抑制劑(corrosion inhibitor)進行專利資料搜索與分析。以檢索出之專利研讀彙整後完成專利摘要表,彙整出管理圖與專利地圖來分析腐蝕抑制劑之材料研發技術,並藉此分析輔助資料,能使相關石化廠未來研擬改善設備腐蝕策略有所助益以及了解未來技術持續發展趨勢。

The national defence , economic development, and people's livelihood of a country are closely bound up with petrochemical industry ,its development condition depends on the cost of acquisition of crude oil, improvement of refine process, complete Supply Chains , and wholesome sales market. In order to reach extensive growth environment, and expand production capacity constantly, there must be increase more tank pressure vessels and pipeline relatively. But all most petrochemical industry factory’s environment are originally comparatively abominable .According to the the investigation of API, due to equipment failure or leakage of pipelines and other major accidents caused by the ratio of well over 40%, among them, the highest proportion of corrosion and fatigue by 41%, and consume considerable costs and terrible industrial safety. Against corrosion related research, is nothing more than the development of materials for metal corrosion (such as all kinds of stainless steel), and corrosive environment factors and corrosion protection materials research (Such as anti-corrosion coatings and corrosion inhibitors).Corrosion inhibitors due to a good effect and high economic value, it can be said now is the application of anti-corrosion technology in one of the methods most widely. Corrosion inhibitors are used in cooling water systems, oil and gas fields and paint coatings. Its technology and patents related development is already very mature. According to the World Intellectual Property Organization survey, proper use patent information can shorten development time 60%, saving 40% of R & D funding. This study focused on the use of patent analysis of corrosion inhibitor in the petrochemical industry in the cooling water system . To retrieve a collection of patents completed after studying patent summary table. And then ,compile a patent map and patent management chart to analyze the corrosion inhibitor materials R & D technology Finally, we want to use above-mentioned patentinformation, make related petrochemical plants develop future strategies to improve equipment corrosion helpful and understanding future trends in technology of corrosion inhibitors.
