地工泡棉(EPS)應用於路基之價值分析與施工碳排比較

摘要


台灣對於公共建設投資以及土木營建工程的民生工程相繼展開,使得砂石用料的需求量急遽增加;其中道路工程為最常見的公共工程之一,地方政府為因應人口成長或改善居住環境交通問題,以新闢道路或拓寬道路來改善其問題,不論是新闢或是拓寬道路皆會使用大量的砂石,使得砂石需求量增加,自然會導致道路回填土方材料相對不足,造成許多不肖業者長期盜採河川砂石,造成上游橋墩嚴重沖刷及沿岸坡地之破壞。 地工泡棉(Geofoam)在美國、日本、挪威等國家已被大量運用在路基填土、陸橋回填、房屋填充物以及防災材料上逾半世紀之久;本研究針對桃園縣蘆竹鄉大華北街0K+0到0K+370道路拓寬工程之實際案例,透過施工日誌與監工日報表資料,了解施工期間所使用之機運具種類及施工人員分配等詳細資訊,再針對傳統碎石級配路基與地工泡棉兩種不同工法進行價值分析,進而比較模擬其施做工期、人員、工程金額之差異性,研究並對兩種不同施工工法進行碳排放計算,並透過專家諮詢方式彙整專家意見,進而提供給日後相關工程人員作參考。

Taiwan's public construction investment ,livelihood projects and the construction of civil works have started. Therefore, the demand for sand and gravel materials increased sharply. Among one of the most common public works is road project, Local government in order to solve the problem of population growth, improve living environment and traffic problems. They shed the road or widen the road to improve the problems. Regardless of shedding roads or widening roads will both using considerable sands and stones. The increasing demand of sands and stones will cause shortage of road gravel backfill material. It bring about many unscrupulous operators long-term mining river sand illegally, causing piers and coastal severely scoured and destroyed. Half a century ago, Geofoam have been widely used in embankment, construction engineering in the U.S., Japan, Norway and other countries. This study directed to the actual case of widen street in Taoyuan,through the construction diary and construction supervision daily report to understand different kinds of machine, assignments of construction staff and other detailed information during the construction, and to analyze two different kinds of construction methods : traditional construction methods and Geofoam.Then compare the difference among date,personnel and the cost of construction,and conduct the carbon emission calculation for these two different constructions.Finaly,through the expert advice and provide related engineering personnel for future reference.
