台灣集合住宅用水系統大多仰賴自來水為一切用水來源,水一次性供給後隨即流放,形成一種低效率的轉化,忽視了水資源系統整合與中水再利用。因此,若能利用水循環之原理,於社區中形成部分中水人工循環系統、地表水半自然滲透淨化,相互整合以對水的需求做不同層級使用與再利用,便能充分達到水資源的最大化效益。 本論文擬以永續的觀點探討集合住宅中,水的系統化利用,以「誘導式結構」理論為研究方法,從水資源循環技術、集合住宅水系統規劃、永續生態社區相關議題以及現有案例進行探討,歸納出集合住宅水資源系統永續應用之規劃原則共計15項,並整合為集水、淨化處理、系統調節等三個面向,作為未來集合住宅水資源系統永續應用之參考。
The water supply and usage for the congregate housing in Taiwan almost rely on the municipal water system. And the wastewater is discharged directly to the sewage system. That is, water resources treatment and greywater reuse system are not yet rooted in our housing policy. For the purpose of the most efficient water usage, the recommendable proposals focus on the water usage zoning and the integration of the wastewater circulation and purified rainwater reuse in the congrate housing community. This thesis presents the water usage analyses toward the congregate housing based on the sustainable concept. The Heuristic Structure Theory is approach to study issues about the water resource circulation technique, housing water system planning, how a sustainable eco community maintains and the case study of congregate housing concludes 15 applicable principles including water catchment techniques, waterpurified methods and the changeable system toward the water usage scenario. These will provide the systematical operation for the water resource sustainability of the congregate housing.
