結合智慧感知技術應用於退化偵測與健康促進之研究

摘要


由於公共衛生與醫療科技之進步,隨著高齡人口的快速膨脹,老人相關的議題及研究倍受重視,65歲以上的高齡人口中約10%至25%具退化現象,85歲以上的高齡人口中幾乎一半以上符合退化定義,可能會影響健康及老化的因素,就在我們所處的生活環境空間中,大部分人每天有80%的時間處於室內環境之中,本研究利用無線空氣監測節點擷取室內環境參數,以便評估長期室內空氣品質趨勢,期望可以提升生活品質,促進身體健康,退化的早期發現、早期治療,更為重要的是必須要能有效且便利的長期監測長者的退化趨勢。 本研究之對象是以居家及團體高齡者族群為主,使用居家型及多媒體互動退化評估偵測設備,並結合智慧型環境感知技術,透過預防保健的觀念,主動關注自身健康,提升老年生活品質,達到銀髮族自我健康管理與健康促進之目的,在驗證過程中發現,此研究的未來發展確實可期,退化趨勢模型辨識率:系統目前以真實資料建立之趨勢分析模型,辨識率為75.7%,如改以虛擬資料建立之趨勢分析模型,辨識率將大幅提昇至89.1%;本研究提出的居家型電子測儀工具信效度,所有項目皆呈現高度相關性,針對320名65歲以上個案退化資料數據顯示,男性在下肢肌力、行動力與功能性前伸三項的測試,退化幅度超過20%以上,女性則以平衡感退化75%最為明顯。 本研究建置了退化偵測與健康促進系統功能,透過預防保健的觀念,主動關注自身健康,將高齡者的身心健康狀態時間延長,延緩身體機能退化的機率,提升老年生活品質,達到健康促進之目的。

Due to the prosper progress of public health and medical technology, the elderly relative issues are more concerned with aging population’s fast expanding. There are about 10% to 25 % of elderly population over 65 years old has frailty phenomenon, almost half of elderly population over 85 is corresponding with frailty definition. The factors which may influence health and aging are everywhere in our living environment, most of people have 80 % of time stay in indoor environment in everyday, so the long-term assessing indoor air quality trend is important, and also promote life quality, improve health, and the most, the early detection and early treatment of frailty and efficiently monitoring elder’s frailty trend are necessary. The subject in this research are focused on home-based and group elderly group, we use home-based multimedia interactive frailty assessment detection equipment, for making elders to actively concern their health and improve quality of life in old age, we also integrate smart environment sensing technology with preventive health care concept. Finally, we hope to achieve the purpose of elders can self-manage and improve their health and life quality. During the process of validation, we found out that the future development of this research is indeed important. The identification rate of frailty trend model: currently, this system establishes trend analysis model with practical data and its identification rate is 75.7%, if we replace data with the virtual data, the identification rate will be highly increased up to 89.1%. The reliability and validity of the home-based E-measuring instrument issued by this research, all the items have highly correlation, according to the frailty data of the 320 cases over 65 years old, male subjects have frailty degree over 20% in lower limb muscle strength, moving ability and functional reach, and female subjects have 75% of frailty degree in sense of balance which is the most obvious. This research creates the system function of frailty detection and health promotion, to prolong elder’s mental and physical health state, and decrease the possibility of body frailty. The last, this system wishes to promote quality of life in old age and health.
