吊架移位機之專利地圖製作與分析
Patent Map Establishment and Analysis - Using Patient Lift as An Example
摘要
正如已開發國家的社會發展足跡，台灣的進步繁榮也促使整個社會快速步入高齡化的時代，預估到公元2030年，平均每3位15 ~ 64歲的工作人口需負擔一位65歲以上的高齡人口，醫療輔具產業必將隨之蓬勃發展，輔具中的吊架移位機更是照護行動不便者的有效器具。 吊架移位機屬於冷門的傳統產業，從檢索出的專利資料得知，專利資訊數量比較少，且產品生命週期長，這點與熱門的高科技產業所檢索到的爆發式的或一窩蜂的專利數量有明顯的不同。從事這種冷門的傳統產業之企業都是中小規模，有企圖心的企業家可借力使力，創出事業佳績，從專利分析中可追尋出他們奮鬥成功的足跡。 本文完成了吊架移位機系統在中華民國台灣地區公告之專利檢索與分析，繪製專利管理圖表、技術圖表與權利圖表，並作出結論與建議，以作為吊架移位機產業營運發展的參考。

Just like the aging population in the developed countries, Taiwan has been an aging society due to rapid economic growth. An official prediction projects that the aged dependency ratio will be up to one-third by 2030, in other words, there would be one person, aged 65 and over, that depends on three labor forces, aged between 15 and 64 years. Therefore, patient care and patient handling facilities are bound to be popular. One of these facilities, the patient lift, is an efficient device to take care of the patient who is invalid. Patient lift manufacturing industry is a conventional field and not popular. We got the results by searching out the limited patent documents of patient lift. The patient lift is with longer product life cycle and apparently different from the high-tech industries that are with explosive and massive patent documents. Companies doing such unpopular business are small and medium-size enterprises. We could find some ambitious enterprisers who are doing well by cooperating with each other. This thesis includes the patent search and analysis of patient lift issued by Intellectual Property Office – Ministry of Economic Affairs R.O.C. With the establishment and analysis of patent management charts, patent technical charts and patent claim charts, we got the conclusions and suggestions for the operation and development of the patient lift industry.
