生活環境的改變,老年人口增加,使得國人罹患高血壓、高血脂或血糖的發生率提高,其患病年齡層也逐年下修。為了可瞭解或監控自我的身體狀況,大部分的民眾或家庭都擁有可自行操作測量血壓、血糖等個人健康照護裝置。但因為市場競爭激烈品牌眾多,其標榜多樣新穎功能的裝置琳瑯滿目,但都沒有共同標準,以致於這些健康資料的整合耗時耗工。 我們設計一個以XML描述硬體的檔案,其描述著照護裝置的硬體及控制資訊。照護閘道器透過此檔案,達到控制實體裝置的操作、讀寫資料的行為,而不與實體裝置間直接溝通。使用者介面以相同的操控方式且連接著多種不同的照護裝置,以達成單一平台的需求。實作中,利用了福爾二合一血糖血壓機作為健康照護裝置,且以觸控螢幕的筆記型電腦作為使用者控制介面,使用者透過單一介面與不同的裝置連接,並按介面的指示完成量測行為並且讀取該裝置資料。 若以單一化的平台,連接不同裝置整合異質照護裝置,可以簡化操作、方便管理個人健康資料,減少社會資源浪費、降低成本使得更生活化、便利化。
We are facing some chronic diseases, for example Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, High Cholesterol, and the age of the morbidity is more younger than ever, due to the growing senior population and more unhealthy life-style. Self-care is a trend at home by easily operating healthcare devices to monitor self-health status of families. There are many so-call easily operated, easy reading manual and new function over the drugstore counter, medical devices companies for consumer. There are no any agreement for standard cores of interface for devices, so it is very difficult, un-convenient, and spend more time for user to integrate measured data from different devices. The main objective of the study are (1) To programs core of communication Gateway system with XML language to describe the file of hardware which direct the medical care device and controlled data. (2) The file of XML language play a role to communicated the medical care Gateway to the different devices, and can run the medical care device and read the measured data for blood sugar and blood pressure. (3) The uni-operative interface for user can connect different devices. To easily access for patients in practice, the patient or user can operate the detective devices step by step for Fora@ 2 in 1 Blood Glucose Plus Pressure Monitoring System on the note book equipped touch-screens or touch-panel. The user can gather measured data in uni-interface platform from different detective devices. They can achieve “measured data” through the “direction” on the touch-screens. Our study make great contribution for user and society, it is convenient, easily operated, managed to healthcare data for user and cost down the overall medical care expenditures for our society.
