在現有的遠距健康照顧系統中,多是設計以較高成本的嵌入式作業系統甚或以更高成本的個人電腦為處理核心,再者也儘可能的加上諸多使用的功能,但是當面對需要健康照顧的族群而言這些往往是華而無實,在付出較高成本下卻只會使用到最基本的功能。 當新的M型社會結構來臨時,需要重新調整分配產品功能價值與使用成本,因此我們當前的設計重點是希望有一個低成本、多功能及低複雜操作的家庭健康照顧閘道器,以期使健康照顧能普及到每個家庭中。 本文的設計採用低功耗混合信號微處理器,且在不依賴較高成本的嵌入式作業系統來完成軟體設計,其功能的基本要求就是傳輸生理訊號,將一些較為基本的設定於安裝完成時設定好,使用時於短時間開機後只需使用一個按鍵動作就可將生理訊號傳送出去。生理訊號來源部分,採用了ZigBee和RS-232為接收介面,又為了達到各家庭環境皆可普及的考量下加入了PSTN Modem、GSM (S.M.S.)及Ethernet等傳輸媒介來傳送生理訊號資料到醫療照顧中心。另外,本文也加入RFID讀卡機的讀取介面,以配合後端的醫療照顧中心進行身分識別的管理運作。
As a remote health-care system, there are a lot of solutions to design the system core, for example the PC-based or embedded with RTOS solutions. Generally, those high-end solutions provide plentiful functions rather than the users actually needed. In contrast to the high-end solutions, most of people, who need really the solution, consider contradictorily only to purchase the solution with minimal set of functions but with higher cost. The reason for the preference is just the cost. In the M-shape society, those people choose products with minimal but sufficient requirements to save money. It motivates us to engage in the study of a low-cost multifunctional health-care home gateway. The backbone of the study adopts a low-power consumption mixed signal microcontroller. With the principle of simplification, a one-touch operation is designed for rapidly transmitting the signals and only the physiological signals of the people under health-care are transmitted in the design. Two types of interface, ZigBee and RS-232, are considered for physiological signal source. Considering more on the pervasiveness of the application, most of types of media are included in the design for communication, i.e. the PSTN modem, GSM (S. M. S.) and Ethernet. Moreover, a RFID reader interface is also included for convenience of identification user and management system of the remote Health-care center.
