本論文提出一個具行動化健康照護特點之居家照護系統,係以無線感測器網路技術為主要核心,並整合GSM網路與網際網路技術,進而設計規劃之。前端生理訊號擷取裝置設計成具無線傳輸能力的行動照護裝置,且可與無線感測器網路接取進行資料傳輸。由於無線感測器網路之特點為感測節點的體積小,且其係以多點跳躍接力方式進行資料傳遞,故可達到不干擾原本家居生活且長時間監測慢性病患者生理參數之目的,成為一種可提供居家健康照護服務之網路架構。 由於居家照護服務係一種特定的應用需求,故本文針對此特定應用,自行制定與設計一具備自組織能力之家用型無線感測器網路通訊協定,並以心臟病患者作為主要照護對象,實際製作出一個居家健康照護系統雛型。由於系統係以具行動化能力為設計的出發點,故行動照護裝置與無線感測器網路之間的資料接取即時性,以及行動照護裝置的待機使用時間亦需被考量。因此,本文利用突發傳輸機制,以時間切片方式解決上述兩個行動化設計時的主要問題。 此外,系統加入心電圖之心跳變異率偵測演算法,並配合GSM通訊網路,以簡訊方式發送緊急求援訊息,構成一種具有緊急通報與救援機制的居家照護系統。最後,本論文研製出一套系統雛型並進行測試,實際驗證本文所提出之居家健康照護網路的可行性;而整體系統效能評估,亦輔助驗證系統可即時的傳輸心電圖訊號,且行動照護裝置的待機時間可高達兩週。
This thesis presents the design and implementation of a home health-care system with the characteristics of mobility, real-time, and energy-efficient. The proposed system architecture is based on wireless sensor network (WSN) to process the physiological signals such as Electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood pressure, etc., those are acquired from the mobile-care devices worn on the patient with chronic diseases in their home. Therefore, physiological signals can be transmitted via WSN to the care server installed in health-care center for long-term monitoring service. The WSN technologies have the advantages of small size of sensor nodes which transmit data by multi-hop relay. Hence, it could improve the inconvenience of wired data communication of traditional home-care system, and promote the quality of home health-care service. The home health-care service is a specific purpose requirement, and we designed protocol of WSN in proposed system prototype which can self-organize, easy to deploy in patients’ house, and process long-term health-care task. In addition, considering the functions of life-time and real-time data access of WSN, the burst- transmission mechanism is applied to this system to accomplish above functions. In the proposed system, it also integrated the Heart-Rate Variability (HRV) calculation for arrhythmia detection and GSM network technology to send an alert short-message for emergency rescue service. Finally, the system prototype is not only workable, but also has the capacity of real-time ECG transmission smoothly.
