由於全球化及自由貿易的影響,全球生產模式的改變,帶動了低工資國家中國大陸及東南亞國家成衣業之興起,加上2005年全球紡織品配額已取消,台灣成衣產業如何在全球運籌佈局中有效整合與管理全球訂單,是值得探討的主題。本研究首先整理全球運籌管理、紡織成衣產業趨勢、多廠生產規劃與決策支援系統等相關文獻。並針對成衣產業之全球運籌管理下訂單分配考量因素設計一決策支援系統,解決多重複雜之問題。 此訂單分配決策支援系統分為二階段:(1)工廠之灰關聯排序:其針對影響訂單工廠排序之定性因素,以「客戶核廠」、「客戶喜好」、「工廠專精」與「工廠技能度」等作為排序因子;(2)訂單分配線性規劃模式:針對可量化因素並以最總成本最小為目標,將訂單作最適工廠分配。 最後以一個案來作為演練,希望研究的成果將可提供成衣產業在全球運籌管理下的運作方式、營運指標及訂單分配模型參考。
With the influence of globalization and free trade and the changes of global production environment, have driven the rise of the apparel industry in Mainland China and Southeast Asia with low salary. In addition, the global fabrics quota will be phrased out in 2005, how the apparel industry in Taiwan to plan strategies for the overall arrangement to combine and manage the global order effectively in the whole world, will it is a theme that is worth probing into. This research is put in order at first to draw up document of global logistics management, apparel industry tendency, have arranged systematically. Moreover, according to multi-plants and decision support system literatures, to design order distribution decision support system to solve multiple problems for global apparel companies. This decision support system is divided into two stages: (1) GRA sort for factories: the qualitative factors of considering to drive into 「customer verify」,「customer prefer」,「factory specific」and 「factory technique」.(2)Linear programming for order distribution: regard the minimum of total cost as the goal to distribute the order among factories allover the world. We apply a case study with order decision support system, and hope the research can offer the apparel industry to draw up plans to manage operation way, operation index and order distribution models of global logistics.
