六標準差應用於飛行模擬機故障維修之研究

摘要


飛行模擬機是訓練飛行員的設備,功能與逼真度幾乎與真飛機相同,而且使用模擬機訓練沒有人機安全問題﹔由於飛行模擬機的使用比真飛機更為頻繁,所以故障的機率也較高,壹台飛行模擬機的價格往往超過壹仟萬美元,是台昂貴的訓練設備,因此在成本及訓練需求衡量下,它是不容許故障造成延宕訓練。又以飛行模擬機的結構來探討,它包含模擬機系統及真飛機座艙內的飛航設備,是綜合了電子、電機、資訊、航空、精密機械等領域的知識與技術所產生的科技產品,故如何維護這台複雜的機器,並確保它能穩定的工作,更是一項重要課題。 利用六標準差方法來分析及解決維修的不穩定因素,找出關鍵肇因加以解決,並施加維持穩定的控制方法,就可以確保模擬機產出都是功能齊全而沒有瑕疵的飛行訓練時段。本論文的專案實例,係採用六標準差的DMAIC五階段十步驟作為解決問題的方法模型,來處理模擬機維修延宕的問題﹔施行結果,明顯的提高了飛行模擬機的維修能力,並完善的消除了造成故障延宕以致無法訓練飛行的不穩定因素, 發掘了模擬機系統上潛在的問題,提昇了模擬機穩定度,降低了模擬機的維護成本,提高了模擬機的可用率,實質的增進公司的財務效益。

Flight simulator is an equipment for training aircraft pilot. It act the irreplaceable role of flight simulator in training in term of safety. It is a complex hi-tech product involving fields such as electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, aviation, precision machinery. To maintain this complicated machine and to secure its stability have become a vital issue in the industry. Applying “Six Sigma” shall definitely help analyze and improve unstable performance; then to reinforce the control of action consequently. The performance of flight simulator will certainly bring up complete function and flawless pilot training session. The case study on this thesis which applied Six Sigma DMAIC model to deal with deferred troubleshooting problem, apparently improved the accuracy of flight simulator maintenance and entirely improved unstable factors, prevent potential flight simulator system problem, lift the stability, reduce the cost on maintenance and increase the availability. The enterprise, consequently, benefits in financial aspect.
