多元準則存貨分類法應用於航空ULD維修廠之研究

摘要


飛行安全為世界各航空公司營運首要目標,再者由於航空器(飛機)造價甚高,因此對於所屬航空器(飛機)無不給予妥善維護及管理,以各大航空公司為使其達到最大可用度(Availability)。航空器維修廠以縮短維修時程(Turn Around Time, TAT,)並兼顧飛行安全做為首要考量依據。而屬於航空器附件之ULD ( Unit Load Device) — 貨運集裝設備依照同樣的標準被要求。 維修用料庫存的管理良窳,關係著維修廠維修作業順遂與否,而材料存貨管理更是首要工作。良好存貨管理必須考量資金、成本與服務等因素。傳統材料ABC分析係依據年使用金額作分類分析,將分析所得結果作為管理依據。然對物料來源屬性複雜及交期長的航空器零組件而言,傳統分類方式未足以充分因應。應用多元準則存貨分類法分析法可產生另一種較佳管理分類資訊,做為決策資訊參考

Flying safety is the initial goal for each airline around the world. Since the high-price of aircraft (airplane), all of the holder give their airplanes the appropriate maintenance and management, to make it reach the highest availability. It is the most important consideration for each aircraft maintenance factory to look after both side of flying safety and shorten repair time. (Turn around Time, TAT) The same criterion is also used on the ULD, which is considered as part of aircraft accessories. Repair material and stock management effect efficiency of maintenance factory directly, and stock material control is the most initial matter. A good stock control must consider the factors of funds, cost and service etc. According to the traditional material ABC analysis, which uses annually amount of money to make classification, and the result is used as management basis. However, traditional classification may not cope with the aviation products due to its complicated sources and time of purchase (delivery). To settle this situation, apply Multi-Criteria Inventory Classification(MCIC)can produce better management classification information as the reference of decision making.
