網路式ERP-based工程專案管理資訊系統應用之探討

摘要


營建工程的時程規劃與控制多在參與者考量自身狀況與相關限制條件後各自擬定,在各管理者分別在各自電腦執行作業與儲存,沒有一個共同作業的平台,常造成資料重複輸入、資訊無法統一、整合,導致施工網圖與實際情況不符、時程的規劃設計與實際施作不一致,不但增加了時程整合的困難,也大幅提升專案執行的困難。再者,以往的資料管理模式無法將資訊即時傳遞,各參與單位無法在即時取得訊息,間接影響了資訊的正確性;且專案工程管理分工介面多、複雜,若無法透過電子化與標準化整合各種工程資訊,將容易造成工程單位各行其事、資訊重複建置、徒增錯誤、浪費資源、降低效率,進而影響工程品質。本研究除針對營建工程專案導入企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)與Web-based進行探討外,更詳加探討以專案為導向之ERP(Project-based Enterprise Resource Planning,Project-based ERP)之最近發展。本研究利用對國內外營建工程專案管理進行探討,了解目前國內外專案管理之概況與面臨問題;探討ERP、Project-based ERP與網路化專案管理之相關內容與發展概況;透過網路化專案管理系統(Web-based Project Management System,WPMS)之操作了解其基本運作流程;運用實際案例導入探討ERP、Project-based ERP與傳統專案管理軟體之差異,與三者結合Web-based之特點,並探討不同條件(如:專案規模或作業環境等)之營建工程專案之適用性,以提供專案管理者作為採用專案管理資訊工具之參考,俾增加管理之便利性,並提升營建專案執行的效率。

In construction engineering, participants always plan and control the schedule just consider their own situations. There is no the same balcony, the information worked and stored in the separate computers, so that the information could not integrate together. It is not only the plan schedule and the actual schedule could not match but also makes the engineer hard to work. Moreover, in the past, user could not get the information immediately, which also effects the correct of the information. If there is no standard way and the function of web-based to link up all of the engineering information, the engineering would easily being wrong, and waste the sources, etc. This study not only discusses enterprise resource planning(ERP)and the function of web-based, but still study the development of the project-based ERP. Besides, the study also included the study about construction engineering project management to understand the problems in project management, and study the development of ERP, project-based ERP and web-based project management in this study. On the other hand, through operating the web-based project management system (WPMS) to know how it to use. Then apply the real case to compare the different of ERP, project-based ERP and the traditional project management system. Find the suitable of above three combine web-based, therefore it could provide project manager to choose the applicable project management information tools. The end result of study is to promote a convenience and efficiency way in project management.
