新式快速原型設備之材料處理系統設計與改良

摘要


本研究目的為設計出可研製微尺度陶瓷工件的快速原型機,其系統可以分為材料處理系統、雷射能量系統與運動控制系統。首先針對現有快速原型機進行歸類整理與優缺點分析,再根據分析結果定義各系統之系統佈局,接著依照功能需求、規格與系統尺寸進行機構設計與改良。本研究係以Pro/ENGINEER繪製3D模型對其進行運動模擬、干涉檢查與質量分析,最後規劃設備運作情形。   在材料處理系統方面,運用迫緊原理設計一鋪料機構,使鋪層完成後,漿料殘留降到最低,並對乾燥機構進行優化,使設備乾燥環境溫度恆定,初步完成新式快速原型設備之系統設計。

The purpose of this research is to design the rapid prototyping machine for the development of micro-scale ceramic work-piece. This machine can be divided into a material processing system, a laser energy system and a control system. The research has categorized and analyzed advantages and defects in various types of existing rapid prototyping machines at first , and defined all system layout based on the results of the analysis followed by mechanism design and improvement in the light of functions, specifications, and size-demand of the rapid prototyping machine’s system. This study uses Pro/ENGINEER to draw 3D model, simulate mechanism motion and check interference and quality analysis at the same time. Finally, the operation of equipment situation is planned.   In the material processing system. The packing theory is applied to design a layer casting mechanism which minimizes the slurry residue after completion of the overlay and optimization of the drying mechanism, which results in good stability of environment temperature. The design of the new rapid prototyping equipment is preliminarily completed.
