長久以來能源轉換係數沒有詳細而清楚的計算範圍例。以致各廠的數值差異頗大。針對中小尺寸面板廠,本論文對廠務耗電量前六大之廠務系統,以實際每日設備運轉RAW DATA進行計算及分析,建立此等設備之能源轉換係數ECF (Energy Conversion Factor),前六大用電設備如下﹕Chiller、CDA、FFU、MAU、PCW、Exhaust。所有計算過程皆用表列展示,希望能對ECF有一致性的標準計算方法。利用所建立的ECF,本研究亦針對一中小尺寸面板廠以六個可行之節能方案作評估。本研究顯示結合ECF及Fab Energy Simulation(FES)軟體的優點,即將欲評估節能的廠內各能源轉換係數經詳細計算並輸入FES軟體中,可針對Fab欲改善的案列進行先期估算計算節能成效,對於閱讀者有很大之幫助。
This paper focuses on establishing energy conversion factor (ECF) for a small/medium-size display panel manufacturing industry fabs by analyzing the operating power consumption data of the largest six electricity-consumption facility equipment including Chiller, CDA, FFU, MAU, PCW and Exhaust. All detail calculations processes are listed in the table for reader's reference. Linking ECF and Fab Energy Simulation (FES) software, this study demonstrates it can be a powerful tool for the evaluation of various energy-saving approaches.
