OA辦公桌與LED照明整合之研究

摘要


國內外辦公室大多使用全面照明,如照度不足才會使用桌燈來補足桌面照度,隨著環保意識抬頭以及政府大力提倡節能的情勢下,降低全面照明的照度搭配使用局部照明必定成為將來趨勢。 LED照明為目前較為主流之照明節能產品,故本研究將探討OA辦公桌與LED照明之整合,並利用IDEO設計模式作為本設計流程的整體概念,搭配TRIZ設計方法的結合,提出OA辦公桌與LED照明之整合設計,並建置足尺比例模型,經36位受測者於實驗室的二種不同照明方式,分別進行閱讀、書寫及電腦操作並給予主觀性的滿意度評價,經問卷統計分析與彙整後,探討其可行性。根據本研究之研究目的及實驗操作後,歸納出幾項結論,分述如下: 1. 本研究透過IDEO與TRIZ的設計理念及方法,將OA辦公桌與LED照明整合設計。經由滿意度調查證實,辦公室作業面照明方式,以三分之二全面照明搭配LED照明滿意程度較佳,可從事閱讀、書寫及操作電腦等作業型態,且基本照度仍到達中華民國國家標準500 lx以上。 2. OA辦公桌之LED照明燈具不僅應考量慣用右手或左手的使用者,燈具位置可依使用者需求自行調整,更應於初步設計時,需考量日後維護及汰換之便利性,應盡量設計較普遍的燈源接頭,避免設計專用燈具。 3. 本研究初期先利用IDEO進行設計架構與方法確立,再進行TRIZ之屬性配適,同意IDEO結合TRIZ後有助於新產品創新研發。設計方式之基礎架構,可利用IDEO的設計概念有效解決,另於設計中期如遇矛盾問題,透過TRIZ法也可輔助解決問題,但TRIZ之創新法則僅能提供設計概念與思考方向,細節部份仍需依照設計者自行判斷與組織。

The domestic and foreign offices mostly use the comprehensive illumination, if the degree of illumination insufficient only will then use the desk lamp to make up the tabletop degree of illumination, gains ground as well as the government along with the environmental consciousness promotes with great effort under the energy conservation circumstance, will reduce the comprehensive illumination the degree of illumination matching use local lighting to become in the future the tendency surely. LED illumination is the most use of energy conservation product at present, therefore this research will discuss conformity of the OA desk and the LED lighting, and takes this design cycle using the IDEO design pattern as this whole design concept, combine the TRIZ design method, proposed that conformity of design the OA desk and the LED lighting, and establishes the full scale dimensional scaled model, after 36 testers in the laboratory two different illumination way, is carried on separately reading, writing and the computer operates and gives the subjective degree of satisfaction appraisal, after the questionnaire statistical analysis collected, discusses its feasibility. According to this research goal and the experiment induces several conclusions, divides states as follows: 1. This research by IDEO and the TRIZ design idea and the method, combining OA desk and the LED lighting design, confirmed by way of the degree of satisfaction investigation that the office work surface illumination way, matches LED lighting satisfaction by 2/3 comprehensive illuminations to be better, may be engaged in work states, reading, writing and operation computer, and the basic degree of illumination still reach China national standards 500 lx. 2. OA desk LED of the illumination lamps and lanterns not only should consider the habitually used right hand or left hand's user, the lamps and lanterns position may depend on the user demand to be self-adjusting, when should in the preliminary design, must consider will maintain in the future and selects trades the convenience, should suppose as far as possible haggled over that the universal lamp source attachment, avoids designing the special-purpose lamps and lanterns.. 3. This research initial period carries on the design construction and the method establishment first using IDEO, then carries on attribute of the TRIZ to match suitably, agreed after IDEO unifies TRIZ, is helpful in the new product innovation research and development. Foundation of construction the design way, may use IDEO the design concept effective addressing, in case in addition the preliminary design the contradictory question, may also assist by the TRIZ law solves the problem, but innovation of principle the TRIZ can only provide the design concept and the ponder direction, the detail part must judge voluntarily according to the designer and organize.
