互動式遠距塑身車機制之精巧設計

摘要


在最近十年的死亡因素,心腦血管疾病是排名第一和第二,而排名五是糖尿病,而這些疾病都與超重和肥胖有著莫大的關係。此外在超重與肥胖所造成的疾病,根據全國經濟研究局研究我們需要花費整體醫療17%費用來醫療這些疾病。因此我們主要目的是設計一智能健身車來協助使用者減輕體重,一開始需輸入使用者身體參數,後我們的系統可以計算出使用者當前 BMI與BMR等參數分析使用者身體狀況,且提供使用者訓練的建議,然後建議所需攝取的卡路里,後根據使用者個人的毅力來進行鍛煉。我們的系統整合了健身車,嵌入式系統,智能塑身軟體,心電圖感測器電路,資料庫伺服器系統和圖形化使用者界面,因此使用者可以監測運動時的心率,與精神疲勞與計算運動消耗的卡路里,和騎乘的距離。而我們的健身計劃是建議使用者每星期運動4次,每次40分鐘,練習4週的時間,訓練強度為60-80%的最大心率。在實驗中有十個自願測試者接受我們的系統測試,年齡在20至45歲,在我們的測試結果,使用我們健身系統的使用者練習四周之後平均從68公斤減少到65.8公斤,所以證明我們的塑身訓練機制是一個有效的機制。

During recent decades of the death factors, Cerebrovascular and Cardiovascular diseases are the ranking one and two, respectively, while ranking five is Diabetes. Since some diseases are associated with overweight and obesity. Their death factors are highly related to overweight and obese. Moreover, according to the report results of the National Bureau of Economic Research, 17% of the medical expense is also related to overweight and obesity. Hence, the major purpose of this project is to design an intelligent fitness bike for reducing weight. When inputting ones information and according to personal willpower and perseverance to exercise, our proposed system can calculate user current BMI and BMR, provide users exercise suggestion, and then suggest the intake of calories. Since our system is to integrate the fitness bike, embedded system, intelligent fitness software, ECG device, database system, and graph user interface, therefore, users can monitor ones exercising heart rate, spirit fatigue calculate calories, and riding distance. Our training program is that 4 times each week, 40 minutes each time, 4 weeks period, and training strength to be 60-80% of the maximum heart rate. Then, age of the tested 10 persons is 20-to-45-year-olds. From our results indicate that the users, who use our fitness system, can reduce his weight from average 68.0 Kg down to 65.8 Kg. Hence, this can prove that our system is an effective mechanism for the fitness applications.
