摘要


醫療儀器技術不斷的進展,在可攜式生理訊號記錄器上,若能具有長時間、高解析度且多通道記錄的功能,將會具有極大的實用性,因為,各式生理訊號如:心電圖、血壓、呼吸等,將可同時記錄,以利醫生對病況作更完整的診斷。為了達成生理訊號的分析與診斷,同時也需要多通道生理訊號資料的儲存與利用電腦來回讀的技術。 本文實現了多通道且長時間的生理訊號記錄,除了完成四個通道生理訊號擷取的類比電路,將生理訊號加以適當的放大與濾波外,在80196微處理機架構下,建立了包含類比/數位轉換電路、LCD顯示電路與Compact Flash記憶裝置電路等的數位系統部分。也分析了雜訊產生的一些原因,克服了極難處理的雜訊干擾問題,並以心電圖實測方式作了比較驗證。由於採用Compact Flash記憶卡作為儲存介面,其高容量且體積小的特性,可達到長時間多通道的記錄,在使用上也非常便利。 此外本文結合了一些數位訊號處理的方法,如數位濾波、動態閥值偵測及FFT等,利用C++ Builder完成了一套視窗架構下的回讀程式,可以簡單的從Compact Flash卡上讀取資料,並顯示心電圖、心率、RRI趨勢線及功率頻譜等,且兼具簡單的資料庫的功能,使整個生理訊號有一個初步完整的處理流程。

The technology of medical equipments' develop is never stop. If a portable bio-signal recorder has following functions: long time recording, high resolution and Multi-channel, would have much practicality. The signal of ECG, blood pressure, breathing, … could be recorded simultaneously. This information could be send to doctors in the hospitals. For bio-signals' analysis and diagnosis, the techniques of multi-channel bio-signals data's storage and retrieve are also needed. This thesis makes a system for multi-channel and long-term bio-signal's recording, includes the analog circuit for getting four-channel bio-signals which would be amplified and filtered appropriately and the digital system which builds on the 80196-microprocessor structure. The digital system includes the analog/digital transformation circuit, the LCD display circuit and the Compact Flash memory device circuit, and so on. Also, some causes that make noise to be generated were analyzed, so that the noise problem was already solved, and the record of ECG signal was verified. Because Compact Flash memory card was used, the system has high volume of memory space to record long-term and multi-channel ECG signals. And the size of this memory card package is small. In addition to all the above, this thesis employed some theorems of digital signal processing, such as digital filtering, dynamic threshold detection, FFT, and so on, and used C++ Builder to design a windows program for ECG retrieve. It could read ECG data from Compact Flash memory card, display the ECG waveform, heart rate, RRI trend and corresponding power spectrum. Simple data base system was also included. Therefore the bio-signal's process could be more complete.
